Eine schöne, funktional und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. In die Stadtmitte kommt man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten oder mit dem Bus. Die Garage ist groß, auch Fahrräder können abgestellt werden.

We loved the stay here. It was very spacious, clean and had everything you could need. Christian was friendly and helpful. Truely a gem. The only thing worth noting is that the outdoor space has very little privacy, the balcony from another rental space looks over the garden area and into the hot tub. So if you are looking for a private space this might not be the one.

Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa. El sector en donde queda ubicada la casa es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, así mismo el apartamento es cómodo y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Thomas fue muy amable, cuando llegamos nos sugirió sitios para visitar y nos dio recomendaciones de cuidado de la casa. Es perfecta para personas que vayan con vehículo, en nuestro caso fue un poco difícil porque no teníamos carro sino que utilizamos el transporte público, así que teníamos que caminar un poco más de 15 minutos para salir a la avenida principal. Hay un supermercado cerca, caminando son 25 minutos. Buscábamos en nuestro viaje disfrutar de la naturaleza, y eso encontramos en el apartamento de Thomas. Muchas gracias!

Hier hebben we een geweldig verlengd weekend gehad! Pal in het centrum van Malmedy, verswinkel aan overkant van de straat, bakker en restaurants op wandelafstand. Appartement zelf is niets op aan te merken, alles tip top! Communicatie met de hosts verliep heel vlot, vriendelijk en steeds een snelle reactie. Hier komen we graag terug!

De eerste overnachting van de Dutch Mountain Trail hebben we in de accommodatie van David doorgebracht. De accommodatie lag goed op de route. Het inchecken en uitchecken verliep heel vlot! Het appartement heeft veel lichtinval en is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Leider waren wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Liège. Aber die Wohnung ist wirklich super! Mit schönem Stil eingerichtet und trotzdem modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch gut: zu Fuß ist man gleich im Stadtzentrum und bei den Restaurants, das Auto kann man im modernen Parkhaus „Parking Carré - Jonfosse“ nur 200 m entfernt zu einem moderaten Preis abstellen. Wir können die Unterkunft also wärmstens empfehlen!

Een prachtig plekje net over de grens in Zuid-Limburg. Goede plek om vanuit te wandelen. En mooie stad Aken is dichtbij. Huis was ruim en koel, goed uitgeruste keuken. Fijne douche in het bad. Birgitta was heel vriendelijk en communicatief en ze heeft een bijzondere beeldentuin. Enige minpunt wat ik zou kunnen bedenken was het bed. Het was redelijk oke, maar ik kreeg er wat rugpijn van. Al met al zou ik hier zeker nog eens naartoe gaan.

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Wij hadden heerlijke dagen in het huis van Sebastiaan. Het huis is ruim voor 6 personen met verschillende plekken om lekker te zitten , een gezellige goed uitgeruste eetkeuken, goede 2 persoons bedden en een prachtig gelegen tuin, waar het goed vertoeven is. Sippenaken is een uitstekend uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes en fietstochtjes in de regio en vanuit het huisje ben je zo op een mooi wandelpad door het Geuldal. Voor ons een ideale uitvalsbasis tijdens dit AGR weekend🚴🚴

Marie-Lou and Patrick are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home. They prepared a welcome home baked pie for the kids, the first of our Airbnb experiences thus far. The beds were comfy and the house is very well equipped. Our kids said this is their best stay thus far and want to give the hosts an “exponentially exceptional” rating.

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente incrível! A acomodação é impecável, exatamente como nas fotos, muito bem cuidada, limpa e com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia confortável. O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso, prestativo e rápido nas respostas, garantindo que tudo estivesse perfeito para nossa viagem. Sentimo-nos muito bem-vindos.

We kijken terug op een paar zeer ontspannende dagen in Gîtes Doyard, ofwel het verblijf van verhuurder Bert. Het contact is van begin af aan al goed, de woning ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, de ligging is werkelijk fantastisch. De groot aangelegen tuin, waar zich in afgeschermd gebied de riante jacuzzi bevind, nodigt tijdens mooie lente dagen uit om de hele dag in door te brengen. Maar bezoek ook vooral de omgeving: Houffalize, Bastogne (indrukwekkend oorlogsmuseum) Durbuy en La Roche zijn enkele aanbevelingen. Ook wij sluiten ons aan in het rijtje terugkerende bezoekers voor dit fijne vakantiehuis in de Ardennen. Merci Bert!

Het verblijf van Olivier was precies wat wij zochten als uitvalsbasis voor een fietstocht. Alles was netjes en schoon, de communicatie was goed en parkeren voor de deur.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wundervolles Haus für einen perfekten Kurzurlaub! Wir haben drei schöne Tage im Casa Alma Verde verbracht und waren absolut begeistert! Das Haus ist großzügig, gemütlich und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns: -Tolle Lage – Ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Natur, aber dennoch gut angebunden (Aachen in nur 15 Minuten erreichbar). -Super Ausstattung – Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, die gemütliche Wohnzimmer-Ecke mit Kachelofen und die - Sauna waren Highlights! - Perfekt für Gruppen – Vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und ein riesiger Garten – ideal für Familien oder Freunde. - Gastgeber – Alles war bestens organisiert! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchten! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Super séjour, Maïté et Peter ont été très accueillant. Le logement est comme sur les photos pleins de charme et décoré avec goût. Il y a tout ce dont ont a besoins la cuisine est très bien équipée (huile, épices, ...) Le logement est bien située à pied des restaurants et des chemins de balade. Comme il y a 2 ans nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

Wir sind mit vier Personen angereist. Emmanuel hat uns bei Ankunft ein größeres Apartment angeboten, was wir gerne angenommen haben. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug, wodurch der Zugang zur Wohnung, mit Gepäck, sehr angenehm war.

Pour une première expérience BnB, je n'ai pas du tout été déçu. Sergio est un hôte amical, souriant, toujours à votre écoute et avec qui vous pourriez parler pendant des heures. L'appartement est propre, à proximité des magasins et dans un coin très calme de la ville. La seule petite ombre au tableau (mais qui est totalement indépendante de Sergio) est la pénibilité de l'ouverture des serrures. On peut y passer parfois plusieurs minutes avant de réussir à ouvrir l'une des 2 portes obligatoires pour accéder à son chez-soi. Il est urgent que le propriétaire de l'immeuble intervienne. Sur ce, j'ai bientôt une bière à boire avec Sergio :-)

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.

Perfecte locatie om van hieruit fiets- en wandeltochten te ondernemen. In het centrum, waardoor de bezienswaardigheden zeer gemakkelijk te voet zijn te bereiken. Appartement voorzien van alle benodigdheden om maaltijden te kunnen bereiden, heb je hier geen zin in is het centrum met de restaurants op korte afstand bereikbaar(1 minuut). Parkeer je auto eventueel op openbare parkeerplaats 'de Motten', van hieruit is het appartement zowel te voet als met de fiets gemakkelijk te bereiken.

Faye a été extrêmement arrangeante (encore merci). L’appartement est super bien situé et la place de garage est un plus indéniable pour Louvain.
