We traveled with an infant and since no one was using the place the day before, Hildur allowed us to come straight from our flight! It was so incredibly nice of them and my daughter appreciated the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Overall, the place is beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible review. I’d recommend this AirBnb to anyone!

Our stay at Larus’ accommodation was magical. Such a beautiful and restful setting, we felt relaxed instantaneously. The space was spotless with everything considered. The hot tubs and sauna were wonderful luxuries with the verandas thoughtfully sheltered from the breeze and the kayak’s in the lake which our boys enjoyed. The communication from start to when we left was proactive and clear with Kamil kindly meeting us at the cottages to guide us to the house and show us around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Excellent location, a minute's walk to our favourite coffee shop, bakeries, and downtown. Property and facilities were accurately described and very comfortable. The sauna was a big plus. Super prompt and helpful communications, could not have been better. Big thank you, Bjarni!

Es fehlt der Unterkunft an nichts, sehr schöne Lage, viele Natur Spektakel sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar, Polarlichter konnten wir vom beheizten Pool aus sehen und der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir waren zu viert und waren allesamt sehr zufrieden.

Amazing spot in a perfect location. Easily walkable to any sights in Reykjavik. Very cozy home with everything you'd need for a great stay. And awesome hosts! I'd highly recommend and look forward to returning.

A modern spacious house located in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely cat. Lina might be one of the friendliest cats we've ever encountered. We loved staying here with her! Hroar was always available and easy to communicate with. If you're looking for a beautiful house and aren't afraid of a sweet cat, this is your place to go!

Beautiful location next to the river, quiet and peaceful and really well looked after. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lots of natural light and beautiful views both during the day (snow peaked mountains) and night (we got to see the Northern Lights from inside the house and the porch). The house is a short drive away of most of the sights in the Golden Circle, so you can easily beat the crowds in the morning.

Family of 5 stayed for 6 nights at Aron’s apartment. Modern building, modern decor, clean and comfortable. Satnav took us direct to the building. We always found a parking space when we returned from a day out exploring, only one day we couldn’t get out the front. There are apartments being built next door, work starts about 8am but the property is so well insulated did not cause us any noise issues. You can see right round the bay to the harbour in Reykjavík and we walked in a couple of times for dinner, took about 30 mins to walk. Great location to be based at, all main driving routes easily accessible. Local grocery store close. Tours left from Hotel Cabin across the road. Comfortable beds inc the sofa bed. Cooked dinner a couple of nights and oven and hob worked fine. Aron’s instructions getting into the building, getting the key were perfect. We felt safe and secure the whole time in Aron’s place. If I had to leave one comment for improvement would be the addition of a microwave.

L'alloggio di Nina è molto bello. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi con una bellissima vista sulla città e il mare. Il centro città si raggiunge a piedi facilmente e vicino ci sono vari supermercati. L'arredamento ha gusto e personalità e ci si sente come a casa. Letti comodi, bagno pulito e funzionale. La cucina è abbastanza completa, anche se manca qualche posata e piatti aggiuntivi. Ci sono vari elettrodomestici e caffettiere per preparare vari tipi di caffè. Il divano del soggiorno è comodo e rilassante. Spazi perfetti per quattro persone. Nina è sempre stata reattiva e disponibile. Grazie!

There should be 6th star option for this apartment. It’s great and located short walking distance from the most beautiful area, yet in very quiet neighborhood. View from the living room is amazing!

Das Apartment entsprach genau den Beschreibungen und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, direkt an einem schönen Strandabschnitt mit Aussicht. Thordis hat uns viele Ausflugsideen und zahlreiche Hinweise zum Finden der Unterkunft sowie Umgang mit Geräten etc. gegeben, sodass alles reibungslos funktioniert hat. Die Nähe zu Reykjavik war ebenso praktisch und die Größe des Apartments für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Reykjavík! The apartment was so spacious which gave our family of four plenty of room to spread out and relax. The apartment was beautifully decorated with local art. The location was perfect as it was a very short drive or walk to downtown and easy to get to. The street it is located on is quiet. We had read other reviews that mentioned the sulfur smell with the hot water (which comes with almost all hot water in Iceland), but compared to other places we stayed in Iceland, it was hardly noticeable. We would gladly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Reykjavík!

Second time staying at this apartment. Jon is friendly and helpful, and the apartment has exactly what I was looking for. Great location, lots to do nearby, kitchen with the right cookware and utensils for my needs. TV was easy to cast to. Hope to stay here again in the future.

This was my second time in Reykjavík and second time to stay with Sigridur and Omar. I love the apartment, it is spotlessly clean and very homely, in a quiet neighbourhood. Sigridur and Omar are very welcoming. It is a home from home. 😊

My husband Geoff and I can't recommend Randover's place highly enough. It is perfectly located close to the center of Reykjavik and is lovingly and stylishly decorated. It has a private entrance and there is ample street parking if needed. The space itself is quiet, spacious, and light. It is located underneath another apartment but we hardly knew the other occupants were there. Randover is an avid reader and has an eclectic collection of furniture and books. Randover provided lots of local tips and the information about the space was easy to follow. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Hronn and her husband were fantastic. After a red eye flight, we were hoping to check in early. After reaching out, Hronn said we could check in at 10:15am! This was AMAZING! We actually happened to meet Hronn and her husband at the door and they were lovely people. Her husband even pointed out some things with the door to the parking garage. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great stay in Reykjavik! Highly recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in the city. Walkable to many museums, restaurants, and shops. Super convenient! The hot tub is an added bonus :)

Possibly our favorite Airbnb stay in Iceland. We loved the interior of the apartment, it was a combination of modern design and cozy lived in elements; so both good looking yet feeling very friendly and inviting and liveable. The location was incredibly central, all the restaurants and stores that we had highlighted for a visit were no more than 5-10 minutes walk away. The only negative I can think of is that we only stayed two nights, wished we had booked a longer stay!

Beautiful condo, conveniently located on the edge of the city. Nice hot tub and easy to park, get to grocery store, etc. 15 minute drive into the heart of Reykjavik. Very clean and spacious.

everything was awesome at this wonderful home in the best street in Reykjavik. highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of the city and walkable to highlights. Sigrun was also a very attentive host. I would ask a coffee bean grinder and press for those looking to brew their own coffee but the nespresso was plentifully stocked!! Tip to book a bus from airport like FlyBus which is far cheaper than the 150 to 200$ it otherwise costs for a taxi.

The location could not have been better! It was close to everything we wanted to do: good restaurants, shopping, bus stops, etc. Emma and Oskar were wonderful hosts, really helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved this place and hope to come back.
