Our group of 5 friends had a great stay at Pamela's house. The location was perfect for us being close to both the airport and downtown. Pamela was very responsive and helpful during our time there. We loved the decor and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again with either family or friends and highly recommend this accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was—perfect for our big group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing backyard. It provided a perfect space for us to relax and unwind, enjoying our time together in the fresh air. The location was another big plus! We were close to everything we needed, yet the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and safe, allowing us to enjoy peace and tranquility. We also appreciated being near a lovely park with a scenic one-mile loop for morning runs by the riverside. It was the perfect way to start our days! Overall, this house exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another getaway. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with everything we required throughout our stay. Ross demonstrated exceptional hosting skills and maintained consistent communication.

Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at this property! The place itself is exactly as described—beautifully renovated, very clean, and located in a super convenient area close to everything. Instantly we felt at home and the level detail and attention the host put into the place is top notch. The host was fantastic: extremely helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole process very easy. The only minor challenges were that parking directly in front of the property is a bit tight—so if you’re renting a car, I’d definitely recommend choosing a sedan over a larger vehicle. Also, finding the entryway can be a little tricky since it’s located behind an alleyway. However, the host provided detailed instructions with photos, which made it much easier to navigate once we reviewed them. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again!

Always responded quickly to messages with questions etc. The place was 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa, and worked very well for a one-night stay after a concert. Would stay again.

Great apartment and location for a quick getaway

El Departamento muy bien. El elevador no funcionaba. Y nos enteramos 2 días antes de llegar. Si es importante de considerar. . El exterior muy bonito con vista al lago.

Great host in all of the units we stayed at

David's flat is well appointed, clean, and very much in sync with what is posted in the listing. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or long-term stay. David and his spouse were so welcoming to me. I had the opportunity to visit with them several times over my stay and that was wonderful. As an aside, being a dog-lover myself, I also was able to have fun interface with their their two remarkably friendly dogs Kitty and Meatball. All in all a great stay in the Tampa area.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

This was not only an incredible house, but Kyle was also an amazing host. He was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about our stay. We can’t stop raving about how lovely this place was—gorgeous views, cozy cabin vibes, peaceful, and private. We’d definitely come back.

Beautiful! Better than the pictures. Everyone loved the home! I traveled with my parents (late 60s) and children (9 and 4). The home is so nice that if you have to stay behind, you still feel the vacation vibe. Hosts are great and responsive. Will return
