This house was beautiful lived up to the picture shown everything was perfect. Me and my family had a great time. Would definitely use this house again. Next time we’re in the Tampa area. Very good host allowed us for early check-in. No problems. Communicated well. Responded every time we had a question very great host. Nothing but good things.

Had a great time at the property. Easy check in and great communication with Dallas during our stay. Our 2 year old enjoyed the pool and all of the toys and books in the house.

Kimber’s place is amazing. Great location for exploring the area, situated in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood with enough amenities nearby. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

The house was great! Pool was clean ……. Perfect to enjoy a week at the the Final Four!

Akeem was super responsive the whole time and was super flexible with both check in and check out which was amazing for our group. Our families were there for a soccer tournament and the house met all of our needs. The backyard was money. Thank you to Akeem for being a part of what made this trip amazing.

This house was great for our group, 9 in all. The house was clean, very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean/heated with a large area to relax and the hot tub in a screened in area was a bonus. We would stay there again.

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. I travel to Tampa regularly for work and frequently stay at Sailport. This unit is hands down the best unit I’ve seen. The views are fabulous, tons of light from additional windows and far enough from the pool bar to provide added peace and quiet but close enough to be an easy stroll over. I will definitely seek out this particular unit for future stays.

We had a wonderful stay in these amazing apartments! Everything was very clean, cozy, and comfortable — a perfect place to relax. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, utensils, and supplies. The area also features a nice swimming pool and a small café, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a great getaway!
