My children and I loved this home! It was so cozy and quiet. Even though it was in a townhouse, the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. My kids didnt want to leave. If we ever visit tampa again I will definitely stay here if its available. Lori was so sweet and answered any questions I had promptly.

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

The house was amazing. It was just as described and what we were looking for. The private elevator was a godsend when moving stuff in and out. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Easy to walk to the restaurants and the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

Our stay here was amazing. Great space, great location, great amenities. At first we weren’t sure about walking to the beach with kids, but it was very easy. The beach wagon was perfect and the kids loved the beach toys. The bikes were an added bonus to explore the neighborhood. We were able to see a stingray and dolphins right off of the patio. The pool and hot tub are a 2 minute walk and perfect size. We hope to be back soon!

Wow! The condo was so clean and had everything you need for the week. The view is breathtaking and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group, we all had our own space. Conveniently located to many place and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream at The Candy Kitchen. The communication was excellent before our stay and Kim checked in on us while we were there. This location, view and beach are worth it and such a good value! We would go back in a heartbeat! We had a great Spring Break!

Would recommend to anyone with a large group. We had 10 and a baby. George is a great host. The place was awesome for being together or lots of room for alone time. We saw a bunch of dolphins catching fish and jumping right next to the back yard sea wall. Views were very nice and peaceful. It was so amazing. Felt like we had a private pool at times and it was very well maintained. Hot tub was clean and large. Grills were brand new. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of items for beach. Had plenty of towels, umbrellas, toys and two wagons. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. Everything in great condition or new. Security guards were friendly and helpful. Nice to have them there. We had our 7 month old granddaughter with us and they had everything we needed for her. George has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Best host I have had. If we needed something they got it . Airbed was not holding air. They delivered a new one within hours. Thanks George.

Overall, everything was great. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Everything was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The sunsets from the rooftop deck are magnificent! The garage is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach. All you need is your sunscreen! However, I do want to share that the home presented two unique "challenges". First, the ground-floor bedroom is off the garage and disconnected from the rest of the condo. While we were able to make it work for our family, depending on who is assigned to this room, it may not work for everyone. I double-checked the listing, and nowhere does it mention that you must go through the garage to access this bedroom. Second, the kitchen has no pantry, so there's no place to store your food. We ended up stacking it all on the dining table. Neither of these "challenges" was a deal breaker and would not deter me from renting again. So if you are looking for a great spot to relax and enjoy Clearwater Beach, this is it!

Neat and comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood close to all we needed; we would walk to a great little coffee shop for pastries in the morning. My kids loved the small pool and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay was absolutely perfect thanks to this incredible Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything on our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, & accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Tampa. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed staying here! I would say the pictures do not do the place justice as I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in! Beautiful kitchen and living room and the adjustable mattress was amazing. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and the neighbors can be playing very loud music til 1am but that was the only negative thing about this location :) Definitely recommend staying here! Albert was very helpful,responsive, and kind!

Super clean and was stocked with all the essentials! Very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Also located in a great area - 10 min walk to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend staying here!

Cozy yet spacious. Absolutely perfect spot for our little family. Annie was super helpful before check in and her home was lovely to stay in. Everything like plates, towels etc was accessible and in great working order. Clear instructions and rules. One of the best spots we’ve stayed in! The location was perfect and really easy to get into town. The neighborhood felt very safe and the road was quiet at night. Rooms were so comfortable and a lot of space for unpacking suitcases. Awesome for young families - the crib was a lifesaver!

Very nice place. Location was prime and close to everything. House was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Tampa.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and organized as well as open and airy. Had lots of amenities and was as advertised on Airbnb. My host was VERY responsive to questions/messages. Highly recommend.

Randi’s townhome is great, it was well stocked and looked as advertised! The back porch is great to relax with a coffee or drink and look at the pond which provides many duck sightings. The complex was quiet with a clean shared pool and we were the only ones at the pool when we went! We also loved the amount of bathrooms in the townhome, it makes it much more convenient to get ready for multiple people!

We had a pleasant stay at the Casa. it was just what we were looking for and felt very at home. It did not bother us but it may bother others so fyi... they are building townhouses a few doors down and the interstate is right behind the home. Not that we didnt hear the noises but they weren't too loud and didn't bother us at all.

Nalini is a great host—she was very responsive, quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of four and the accommodations were comfortable and the location was convenient for all that we wanted to do around Tampa. We didn’t have the time to enjoy the outside area but it’s nice to have a covered and shaded area. We would stay again if in the area.

This was honestly one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with Airbnb. The host was SO helpful, my sister missed her flight back home and the host allowed us plenty of time to stay until we figured out what we were going to do. She was so so responsive to every little issue we had and got everything corrected right away. The house was BEAUTIFUL, extra linens were provided, BACKUP extra linens... this house really had all we could have possibly needed and it was such a wonderful stay. 10/10 stay !! I would definitely recommend this stay but I really hope it's available when I come back to the Tampa area 😅 !

Lots of clear space for thinking, relaxing, and cooking at this wonderful home away from home. It was so awesome to have three bathrooms! I would stay here again. Kendra was great. Having two TVs was a bonus as well! Thanks!

There for NCAA women’s final. Could catch trolley to and from event. YBor was quaint and accessible. Farmers market on Saturday was easy walk. Nice to be out of the middle of downtown Tampa, but easy to access.

We were looking for an affordable place near Main Street in Safety Harbor and this was it. It was also very easy to get to Clearwater and Dunedin Beaches.
