利用する前は色々と質問をさせていただいたのですが、すぐに返答があり安心して利用出来ました。大人5名子供2名で利用したのですが、部屋も綺麗で、ゲームなどもあり子供達も楽しんでいました。最後まで快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Willy was a great host, great communication, was able accommodate us for early check in. Place was super convenient to USJ and lots of good eats open when you come back from a long day out!

この立地とロケーションや設備、Ｓeto家さんの対応も全て良かったです‼️ また、ロケーションの良さで子供達も大喜びで満喫してました。 私は、家族5人で宿泊させて頂きましたが丁度良い広さです。 次回、四国に伺う際にはまたお世話になります😆👍

The house was great. It was very well setup, was located at a very convenient place and was very comfy. I enjoyed my stay there. Danielle was also very responsive which made our life way easier when we had questions. I recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay here in Osaka. The place was clean and tidy, and the linen was fresh. It was easy to get to and located in a really convenient area with heaps of food options nearby. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the city!

非常棒的体验！房东非常细心，考虑到了顾客所有的需求，还准备了洗面奶和卸妆用品。交通非常便利，走路不久就有地铁站，去梅田商圈和其他景点非常方便。房子可以做饭，附近也有超市，可以自己烹饪。如果有机会，还想再次入住的房子！非常感谢房东，很棒的体验。

4인가족 두팀 8명이 함께 숙박했습니다. 린쿠타운 지하철역에서는 도보로 13분 정도 걸립니다. 동네는 조용한 주택가이고.. 근처 편의점 마트가 있어 불편하지는 않습니다. 방이 여러개가 있어 단체 투숙객들에게 편리합니다. 다만 주방이 좁아 댜 같이 식사하기에는 무리가 있습니다. 수건, 치약치솔세트, 샴프, 바디워시, 컨디셔너 등 어매니티가 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 와이파이도 있고 호스트 답변도 빠릅니다. 일찍 도착해서 체크인을 요청 드렸더니 청소가 끝나고 바로 체크인하게 도와주었습니다. 간사이공항까지 택시로 4,200엔이 나왔으니 참고하세요. 다음에 또 숙박 의사가 있습니다.

靠近火車站，離開環球影城不遠，去環球影城的強烈推薦。房子很寬敞，設施齊備。推薦👍

Le logement d'Erin était super, proche d'une ligne de métro, et à proximité du Parc Universal, nous y étions en à peine 15 minutes, ce qui est vraiment génial si vous voulez y aller. Erin est très réactive, et gentille. Ma famille et moi sommes ravis de notre séjour, et y retournerons avec plaisir

체크인 할 때 다이얼을 여는게 조금 쉽지 않았지만 오히려 보안상 좋을 것 같아요. 키가 없으면 공동현관 출입도 불가한 구조라서 안심하고 쉴 수 있었습니다. 숙소 예약 후에 하루하루 연락 주시면서 안내를 꼼꼼히 해주셔서 대접받는 기분이 들기도 했어요 ◡̈ 숙소는 살짝 역과 거리가 있지만 지나오는 길도 이쁘고 도보로 충분히 다닐만 해서 만족스러웠어요. 유니버설 스튜디오랑 가까운 점도 너무 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 숙소가 너무너무 깨끗하고 좋습니다!! 특히 욕실에 물 온도 조절이 가능한 시설도 있고 체크인 했을 때 정말 욕실에 물 한방울이 없었어요. 그만큼 청소도 깔끔하게 되어있어 여행으로 지친 몸을 2박 동안 잘 풀었습니다. 신축이라 그런지 건물 자체도 깔끔했고 호스트님이 모든 것이 편하게 물품을 구비해 주셔서 불편한게 없었어요. 분리수거도 잘 할 수 있도록 완벽하게 쓰레기통이 구비되어 있었어요. 쇼파를 침대로 쓸 수 있는 점도 아주 유용했습니다. 다음에 일본에 방문하면 꼭 다시 올게요~ 감사합니다🙂

Location molto bella e spaziosa e qualità prezzo ottimi. L’Host è stato molto carino e gentile ad avermi scortato fino a casa in macchina in quanto avevo molte borse con me. La casa è ben collegata con i maggiori treni / metro della città in modo da arrivare al centro facilmente e risulta molto tranquilla nella zona di appartenenza.

The host are superb. They are friendly and give you good recommendations. They also help me arrange for the lost found things, extremely impressive. Of course, the unit is located at a very good location and easy for transport and close to all the activities that we need. We can have access JR train with just 5 min walk, very convenient. If I come to Kobe again, I definitely will stay in the unit again.

My family and I had such a wonderful time. Will definitely be booking again for future vacations

I can’t say enough great things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.
