Unit was very spacious and host was responsive. Close walking distance from station, and the few grocery/convenience stores in the area. Unit was clean, had AMAZING furniture. Area is quiet and peaceful. Would recommend for others and for future stays.

Nice authentic Japanese home in a quieter part of Tokyo, a few nice bars and restaurants around. There are not many English speakers in Ōji so you should learn some Japanese phrases to help you

A wonderful host that not only picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the accommodation but also took us to the local restaurant that was recommended. The house was clean with everything you need including USB chargers, bottled water, and all the items that makes for a wonderful stay. Our host also picked us up and took us back to the train station at the end of our stay! Highly recommended to everyone

A very good stay! Japanese-style house in a quiet residential area. About 10-minute walk from the subway station, and it's relatively smooth to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. The landlord speaks very good English, responds promptly, and even recommends us the red wine. The house is clean and tidy. Although it's a bit old, the facilities are very complete. The stairs are very steep, but my 50-year-old mother didn't encounter any problems. The landlord also prepared water and snacks. All in all, it was a pleasant experience! I hope to come again if I have the chance!

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. It was very clean and looks just like the pictures. Communicating was easy and the response time was fast. The bike was great that they provided to be able to go to the market. We took a taxi to the train station and everything was easily accessible. Everything is clearly written down for you. This made our vacation great!

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft! Yuga war immer freundlich und hat sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Wohnung reicht für 2 Leute vollkommen aus. Die U-Bahnstation war 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. Es war eine sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen und würde selber auch jedes Mal wieder diese Wohnung buchen. Danke Yuga!

We loved our stay at Kazumi’s! The location is perfect with the station only a few meters away and shops with all you need across the street. The station is easy to travel from to get to various parts of the city and as long as you are able to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs, I would highly recommend it! :) Kazumi is an amazing host and answered questions both day and night even before we entered the country. The home was absolutely perfect for what we needed and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Kazumi, for a great stay!

The flat is well equipped with everything you need to stay in Tokyo for few days. It's very close to the train station which allows you to connect with Tokyo center easily. But you can also reach it by foot with a 30 minutes walk if you feel like it. We had a very pleasant stay!

Even though it’s a little far from the main attractions, it was still very convenient because the nearest train station is about 5-7 mins walk. We loved the place and would recommend it to our friends and families who will travel to Japan!

Just a 10 minute walk from Kawaguchi Station which has all the shopping malls and restaurants just on the other side, this location was perfect for us. The accommodation was a great size to spend 10 days in, the beds are really comfortable and the living room and dining area provided a great place to work. Emiko also left a whole book of instructions and recommendations making our stay super easy.

I booked this apartment at the last minute due to a disruption at my previous accommodation. Even by Japanese standards, it is incredibly clean, and it is almost double the size of the average small Japanese Airbnb. My favourite thing about it is how well it is stocked/furnished - it has cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, a washing machine, stain remover, etc. Whoever cleans and re-stocks the apartment is really good at their job! Also, even though I kept extending my stay at the last minute, they were very accommodating. Unfortunately I had to leave some bigger pieces of rubbish in the room, and they waived the cleaning fee. The only downside is it takes about 50min to get into Shinjuku/Shibuya area.

Cindy’s place has everything we needed for and the instructions are clear. Cindy was very responsive and we appreciate her hospitality. The accommodation is only few minutes walk from the Metro station and there’s some amazing restaurants nearby, as well as supermarket, so it’s very convenient for us. The place was spacious and well managed. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again when we visit next time.

交通方便，去热门打卡点都比较顺，而且民宿离地铁站很近，步行5分钟左右。自助入住，时间比较自由。房间很整洁，当天会调好水温和房间温度等我们入住。最后一天还送了小礼物，很温馨。性价比比较高～

주방, 침실, 화장실, 욕실 모두 청결하고 좋아요! 편의점도 근처에 있고요 고마고메역까지는 도보 10분 정도 걸리긴하지만 거리의 상점, 마트 등을 구경하는 재미가 있네요 고마고메역에서 야마노테선을 이용하면 이케부쿠로, 신주쿠, 우에노, 시부야, 닛포리역 등 주요 역을 환승 없이 한 번에 갈 수 있어서 좋아요 그리고 무엇보다도 호스트분이 빠르게 소통해주셔서 좋았습니다 체크인 전에 미리 짐을 맡아주셔서 편하게 여행할 수 있었어요

if i could give 10 stars i would!!! this place was not only accommodating but exactly how the host listed & described it. loved how it was very close to the station and so many food/grocery stores nearby. house was super cute & was easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely stay here again & recommend!

I love this place. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood and the room is sizeable especially for the standards in Japan. Only thing is if you don’t like the noise coming from upstairs as the walls are a bit too thin, choose the top floor. But it’s only accessible by stairs. Train station is closed by, convenient.

Comfortable apartment located very close to the Aoto station (7 minutes walk). With enough space for us to organize and keep 2 suitcases open without running out of space. The laundry machine is a perfect addition and we had enough space to let our clothes dry in hangers there too. We wish we found out before the last day about a breakfast place called Onigiri Morita, which was great and is just one block away.

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Apartment/room is just as pictured. Self check-in was easy and location is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station. Neighborhood is very peaceful as well as the building occupants. Size of apartment is perfect for 2 people but it may not be very comfortable for some due to spacing and/or the size of the bathroom. No major issues with the host Teresa either. Overall a pleasant stay.
