This was my 3rd stay at the property. It’s my kids favorite place to stay. Excellent accommodations highly recommended for all.

Diana’s lake house was amazing for our Labor Day weekend stay! We rented a jet ski and used their sweet kayaks and floaties as well! The bay was awesome. The view was incredible. The house layout was perfect for our group. We had 4 adults, 2 kids under 6 and one 15 year old. The apartment in the lower part of the house was unexpected but literally perfect for the parents of the 15 year old! There was a bit of dirt in a couple areas and the ceiling fans were very dusty. Other than that our stay was incredible. We are already talking about booking it again for next year! Thanks again!

The Riverfront Retreat is an immaculate, well-appointed, generously stocked home on the Snake River with lovely views of mountains in tranquility. We watched the sun come up from the kitchen, listening to the birds and ducks. The kitchen was perfect for my husband, who is a chef, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect place for our family gathering. We went grocery shopping prior to arriving and relied on the local store for basics, but you could purchase the local wines there, which was great as we did not have time to go to the wineries. We have a large family and every year we get together between Christmas and new years. This was the perfect house. It’s in a neighborhood but plenty of privacy. There are so many cool features about the house that make it such a unique experience. It’s equipped with everything you could need. It’s clean and well cared for. You can tell the owners built the house with tons of thought and care…it feels like home from the minute you open the door.

What a lovely place rented out by lovely people. They had everything and more with a perfect rental guide for the area. Nice and quiet. I was worried about fitting all 10 people in the house and making sure everyone had sleeping arrangements but it actually worked out perfectly. 10/10 would stay again

Pretty easy to find. Very easy to get in. Jack was kind enough to send me a nighttime photo of the driveway so I would see how it looked after dark. Everything worked out very easily

We enjoyed our stay. The directions were clear and thorough. Our host was easy to get ahold of and cared about our stay. The space was relaxing and rejuvenating. It has a feel of seclusion and privacy but still being close to others. We enjoyed mornings and evenings out on the deck listening to the birds and enjoying views of the lake. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others.

We loved this home and location and highly recommend a stay here! The house was beautiful; comfortable, tasteful decor, spacious, and wonderful views. While the water was too low due to the time of year and we didn’t bring our boat, having the private dock access is fantastic and this would be an especially great rental for summer for boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing. We had rain during our stay but the Mario Kart and foosball table offered indoor fun. The owner was accommodating, friendly and responsive. Thank you! I will be sharing this listing with friends. Great spot for a family, a few families or a friends’ getaway.

We had an incredible stay at this riverfront paradise! The hosts were fantastic and incredibly generous, truly thinking of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities you could need. We loved the opportunity to canoe, kayak, and fly fishing right from the property. The location is perfect for visiting Yellowstone and the Tetons, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended! If we could give it 10 stars, we would! Thank you for a great vacation!

This was my second time stating here and was even better than the first time. Beautiful setting. Very clean and private. Lived grilling on the bbq. Sitting in the hot tub and having a campfire right next to the river.

we loved every minute from horse back riding, fishing, using the kayaks, playing games, hiking to sitting around the fire pit at night. it was a fun beautiful relaxed get away!

Our stay at Butlers cabin was a weekend to remember! Beautiful scenery, lots of wildlife and quiet nights. If you’re looking for a beautiful spot on the lake with fishing and campfire stories this is the place! The host Burt was great with communication and even called to check in when he found out about a power outage from the neighbor (which wasn’t a problem since there’s a generator that automatically kicked on).

Jills place was amazing. Everything was clean and well cared for. The kitchen and fridge were very well stocked with condiments and spices. Even though Jill was out of the country during our stay she still communicated with me about everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This is a beautiful location in a quiet community. The cozy cabin was exactly what I was looking for to visit my family. It was a little chilly to be outside, but this would be an amazing setting on a warm evening to take in the views and sunset.

Beautiful little cabin situated far enough back in the trees for some peace and privacy. Would love to go back in the summertime!

Everything about this house was accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware and cookware and was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean to include the bathrooms and bedrooms. Our guests were satisfied with their beds and accommodations and loved the idea of Jacuzzi soaking while it was snowing. My wife and I were not 100% satisfied with the bed frame and mattress in the master bedroom, but that is subjective. Use caution when outdoors during the winter for the potential of ice falling from the roof. I was nearly hit by very large chunks of ice when exiting the rear door of the garage onto the patio. Overall, we give this house and our hosts not only a five-star rating but would boost that rating to 10 stars. The hosts and home were very accommodating and so much more beautiful than any place we have recently stayed. Thank you to John and Frost Properties. We'd hope to keep this property our own little secret, but cannot deprive others of such leisure. God bless.
