It was really great to know Ayubu and communicate with him. A very friendly, pleasant and honest guy. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to actually stay at his place due to technical difficulties, but my interaction with him on the booking issues was the best that any guest would want from a host. I would gladly recommend him as a host and would love to stay at his place next time.

We stayed well, however, we didn't see the service fee of Kshs. 5000, applied during our stay as it was indicated in the payment receipt. We had problems in using the TV provided and we requested for the care taker ( Wilson) but never responded, we were on our own. There was no drinking water, even to welcome Visitors first.

The room was cozy and very comfortable. AC was available and shower was good and hot water was available. The househelp kept it clean which we were very appreciative about. This is a perfect stay which will guarantee a good night's sleep.

Jay and his family has been really good to us by letting us use their beautiful home when really needed affordable place as most places in Dar es salaam are over priced .We felt right at home while taking care of sick family members. The place is very close to Muhimbili national hospital, there is good local food right outside and convenience grocery stores. We were also able to run outdoors and go to nearby cafe. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful place, I enjoyed staying here during my vacation with family. My boys enjoyed the ocean breeze from their bedroom window, the swimming pool and the quick access to the beach. Lars was always a text away to jump in when we needed instructions. Thank you! We will recommend to friends.

I really really recommend this place, it is close to mlimani city peaceful and cool place with high standards with affordable price, I can’t explain that so much but it’s worth the price with responsible workers
