The hosts made sure we felt welcomed and provided for. The home was well-stocked with activities and things we might need. We felt more "at-home" in this than any other overnight rental. Our kids are already asking when we can go back.

This place was even better then described. It was very cozy and clean. the area outside was very relaxing and beautiful. Cindy was very responsive and very nice. We would definitely stay here again. 💜

This was hands down my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The house in Dow, IL was absolutely amazing—spacious, spotless, and perfect for a large group. It had everything we needed and more. The location was peaceful. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway spot!

This is one of our "go-to's" when visiting family and friends in central IL. If this space is available, book it now, don't wait.

Justin was great and responds very quickly. the place is absolutely beautiful. if you like nature and being outside this is the place to be. already planning a return trip in the summer. there are so many things to do if you don't want to just fish or sit outside. and having a kitchen, grill, and fire pit we opted with cooking there so we didn't even have to leave to go out to eat. would definitely recommend this place

I had a wonderful stay at Royse + Brinkmeyer at 520 N Neil St, Champaign. The host was very communicative and accommodating throughout my visit. The condo was impressively well-equipped with top-notch kitchen supplies, including basic seasonings and condiments. Quality linens were provided in abundance, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the furnishings were of passable quality, they looked good and new, perfectly sufficient for my needs. TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice addition, but I made do with my portable projector. An extra set of keys or fob, alarm clocks in the bedrooms, and more hangers would be helpful, but these are minor issues considering everything they did right. Overall, this was one of the better Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The building was beautiful, the rooftop views were excellent, and the gas grill was one of the nicest I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with a group of 16 women and thoroughly enjoyed the incredible amount of space. The loft was exactly as described, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. We especially loved the spacious industrial kitchen, which was perfect for our group. Each bedroom had its own unique charm, and while the layout was a bit unconventional—two bedrooms required walking through another to access—it only added to the character and charm of the loft. A note for adventurers: access to the rooftop hot tubs is via the fire escape, which, while sturdy, is mostly see-through and may not be for the faint of heart! Overall, it was a truly memorable stay!

The most hospitable hosts I have ever stayed with! The property was immaculate, private, inviting, everything you could hope for. you certainly will be happy! Extremely safe location! Watch the uninhibited view of the sunset from your living room window!
