Perfect accommodation s for our business trip to Peoria and less expensive than 4 hotel rooms. Wanda was a great host checking in often to make sure everything was ok...Will definitely stay anytime I'm back in the area...15 minutes from downtown and less than 10minutes from shopping and restaurants...quiet neighborhood. Spacious well designed floor plan. accomadated our slightly early arrival to the area...clean and tidy

We truly enjoyed our stay! Joseph was an awesome host, very hospitable and accommodating. The property did not disappoint. We were able to catch a beautiful sunrise and the privacy was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again and recommend this space.

We had a great stay at this lovely, nicely refurbished and well-maintained farmhouse. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the tools we could have needed and more (some basic food supplies and hot chocolate were an unexpected bonus!). Unlike many hotels and other AirBnBs that provide just a couple of tiny bath towels, the towels here were very nicely sized, there were plenty of them, and they were fluffy and super clean! All of the linens were spotless and they didn't have a strong detergent smell, which I appreciated due to my allergies. The exterior of the property was verdant and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Thomas’s place was exactly as described and perfect for a group of 4 close friends to get together. It was very clean and well-stocked. The building is safe and secure. Thomas reached out to offer early check in, which was nice. I’m very familiar with Chicago but this neighborhood — River West — has developed so much in recent years that it was like visiting a new city. The biggest surprise — and it was a pleasant one — was how much you could get to if you were willing to walk 20 minutes. (And if not, you are quick rides to some of the best spots in the city.) The only thing less than perfect was the garage. Another car was in the designated spot when we got there. But Thomas’s assistant answered the phone and was able to offer another spot. It is a little tricky getting to the garage and in and out. These are minor complaints about something that is actually a really nice perk…. the free protected parking. Affordable, clean, great location!

What a gorgeous suite! The high ceilings and the decor/design choices make you feel like royalty. I had such a relaxing and comfy stay.

Marcos' place is not cheap but it's a lovely apartment with lots of amenities - very clean, in particular a wonderfully renovated bathroom. I had a very pleasant 3-night stay as I was in town attending a conference. Marcos was very friendly and hospitable throughout. If you're looking to go downtown, you will need to learn the bus/train system a bit, as the train stop is about 1.5 miles away (you need to take either the 94 or 66 to reach that line, 'the blue line). Overall I had an excellent experience.

Loved staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the dedicated parking space and it was an easy walk to United Center. Thomas gave very clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. He fixed a minor problem that was not even their fault within minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We went on a girls' weekend to Chicago, hree adults and three kids. The location felt very safe and was beautiful. We especially liked that we could pull up right at the door to unpack. We took public transportation and were able to get everywhere we wanted to go. It might have been nice to be a little bit closer to downtown, but Thomas's place was so nice, iit made up for the little bit of extra travel time. We would definitely want to stay at Thomas's place again on our next trip to Chicago!

The space looks exactly like the photos, very clean and feels right a home. There’s a little patio in the front as well. I would definitely stay again.

We had such a great vacation in Chicago staying at Thomas’ condo. The place was so charming and the location could not have been better. We walked to the Vietnamese cafe every morning and to the pizza place in the corner at night. Even better, the neighbors in the building were so kind and friendly. There wasn’t any tension being unfamiliar faces. Great stay!
