It was our second time staying at Glane and Timothy's place, and just like last time, we had a great stay. What we really liked about this place is the location. There are stores and eateries nearby and also a jeepney terminal if you don't want to bring a car to the city. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we visit Baguio. Thanks again for hosting us! :)

We had a great stay at this place! The owner was very easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The accommodation itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. We especially loved how peaceful and quiet the surroundings were — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Comfortable, cozy place, very friendly host that respond quickly, nagbabrown out lang every wednesday na hindi na banggit sa amin and nag down din ang generator ng mismong building before kami mag check out kaya hindi na enjoy ang last day, plus recommended na mag self check in dahil mainipin ang isa nilang staff ,Tin is her name. I have no complaint to the host and the place, will still recommend sa mga friends ko, iwas lang sa date ng brown out and may attitude na staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Frainge's Place ! The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us a flexible check-in and even an extension of our stay when we needed it most. The caretaker was always available and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable in this home, and we’re so grateful for the flexibility and support we received. Highly recommended!

Great Host. good and chill atmosphere. as long as you follow the instructions the place is very easy to find and also accessible to public transport.. we used a combination of jeepney and taxi if we came home very late. and it was very affordable. the place is spotless and clean the ambiance is great for a peaceful and relaxing stay. you'll hear the running water of the little river behind the place and it really helped me calm down and sleep through the night. 24hr running water and water heater for the shower. 100/10 will comeback and rent again when I come back to Baguio.

Thank you for your warm accomodation Ms Kate. We had a great time. Check in and out was a breeze. Thank you Ate Nelia for making our stay feels like home. Our room was already prepared and we were able to checkin even if we arrive early. Just pay minimal early checkin fee of ₱200 per hr. We opted to pay because we want to settle right away and start enjoying the place. Ms. Kate is very rssponsive and checks on us from time to time. There were various restaurants located near our accomodation. Less traffic also in the area, so you can maximize your time roaming around baguio. Security in the area is high which is good. Easy to get taxi if you want to leave your car in the basement parking. Thank you again team Kate and Nelia, we will definitely come back.

Very nice place! Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

The location was conspicuous - as it was located behind Cosmopolitan Hotel, it was easy to locate. We didn’t drive for this trip, so we had to rely on public transportation; however, there was a lot of confusion as to what to ride especially en route to the unit, so we ended up riding taxi’s instead. If you’re planning to commute and are on a tight budget, I recommend maybe asking Dexter about the jeepney’s first. Anyhow, Dexter was responsive — in fact, he was very prompt and polite. I love that his instructions are clear re: check-in/out + going to the location, house rules, etc. My friends love to cook, so we appreciate the availability of kitchen utensils in the unit exactly as advertised. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the neighbourhood seemed quiet and safe all through our stay.

Big Place, easy check and check out and the location is near to session road and SM baguio. Recommended place to stay if you value accesibility. Host and care taker are easy to talk and communicate with as well.

Overall maganda yung place. sulit ang stay kasi malapit lang sa beach mismo. and take note, hindi matao dun sa area nung beach. kaya sulit mag quality time at mag pictures. Need lang siguro ma-improve yung water heater at yung water pressure. kasi sobrang hina nya. Then yung lock sa door, next time kahit bigay nalang yung code kesa physical na susi kasi ang hirap since smart lock siya.
