This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. Apartment 1 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.

This charming house is located in the center of Veli Lošinj. It consists of two double bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom and terrace. On the ground floor there is a terrace, on the first floor there is a living room and a kitchen, and on the second floor there are bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has access to the car and its private parking is approx. 100m from the house.

Apartment ROVENSKA with sea view is situated in the lovely, romantic Rovenska Bay, a historical small port of Veli Losinj ( Lussingrande). The apartment is perfect for a couple. On the first floor: bedroom, air conditioner; on ground floor: kitchen, bathroom. Wifi. Size of the apartment is approx. 26 square meters. There is not a private terrace. Not suitable for small children.
