Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Samir’s place was great! Very modern, comfortable. It was the bomb. Samir was very friendly, and met us at the apartment,explained everything. Great location.

Le séjour chez Gérard était très agréable. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Gérard a fait preuve de flexibilité quand aux horaires d’arrivés, je recommande grandement ce logement.

Wir haben 4 entspannte Tage in Nizza verbracht. Tram in direkter Nähe, Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurant und Frühstücksempfehlung durch Gastgeberin. Mietwagen problemlos mietbar, Kontakt über Gastgeberin. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Dominque was an amazing host - extremely accommodating and friendly. The apartment was in a perfect location, very close to public transport and amenities. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Malgré une météo maussade, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, emplacement du logement idéal avec parking privé, une belle découverte et des hôtes très disponibles.

l'accueil chaleureux, disponible et à l'écoute, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour son emplacement pour la fête du citron au pied du logement, tout à disposition, quartier calme , tout pour passer un très bon séjour. encore merci à aymerick et Ninon.

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, bei Linda zu wohnen, und es war eine aussergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Linda ist die Inbegriff einer perfekten Gastgeberin – warmherzig, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ihre Unterkunft in Nizza ist nicht nur gemütlich und sauber, sondern bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Linda ging weit über das Übliche hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Sie hat grossartige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sich immer Zeit genommen um etwas zu erklären. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich und war ein echtes Highlight meiner Reise. Es ist kein Wunder, dass Linda den Titel „Superhost“ trägt – sie verdient ihn absolut! Ich kann sie und ihre Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wieder bei ihr zu Gast sein zu können.

C’est la seconde fois et certainement pas la dernière que nous séjournons chez Richard. L’appartement est très agréable et lumineux mais permet aussi de se protéger de la chaleur. La résidence également avec sa piscine. Quelques éléments peuvent être rafraîchis/modernisés. La terrasse est exceptionnelle. Nous adorons y retourner.

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Fanny is nice. The neighbourhood is clean and quiet. The location is very good as it is just next to the train station and metro. The bedsheets are comfy and design of the apartment is wonderful. The overall experience is amazing!

Très bel appartement. Il est très bien pour 8 personnes : spacieux et bien équipé ! De plus l’emplacement est incroyable pour découvrir le vieux Nice mais également les villages alentours grâce aux TER. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation mais cela est dû à son emplacement central. Nous recommandons vivement !

Het appartement van Franck is ideaal voor je verblijf in Nice. Rustig gelegen, mooi terras en vlot bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.

Firstly thank you to David who was helpful and friendly from the first! This flat is superb and in fact looked and felt even better than in the photos. It is bright (even in December), warm, spatious and very enjoyable to return to after a day's visiting. A near perfect location (right next to the supermarket, train station and bus stops for Nice, Monaco and visits); a lovely view of the harbour and coastline looking towards Italy; excellent kitchen facilities; the lounge/ dining room area is spatious and bright; two bedrooms and even a mini office desk, which is useful; good choice of television channels. As it turned out, we had perfect weather, but had it rained, the flat would be a welcome retreat. David was very helpful whenever we had a request/ question. Would we return? We certainly hope to and this would be our first choice! Thank you!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Pieras charmanter Wohnung in einer alten Villa mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Die Unterkunft bietet (fast) alles, was man braucht, und hat einen ganz besonderen Charakter – wie eine kleine Zeitkapsel, die einen in eine andere Ära versetzt. Gerade dieses ungewöhnliche Flair macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Piera ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin, die alles im Vorfeld sehr detailliert erklärt. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert und reibungslos – man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Das Parken kann etwas knifflig sein, aber da vieles zu Fuss gut erreichbar ist, braucht man für die nähere Umgebung eigentlich kein Auto. Alles in allem: eine sehr besondere Unterkunft mit echtem Charme und toller Lage!

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

Beau logement Le propriétaire très réactif au questions et respectueux , c’est très agréable la Plage est à 2 min à pieds, transport à proximité et agréable encore merci je recommande fortement au personne qui souhaite venir à Nice c’est très bien situé et il a tout autour ou à quelques minutes pour du shopping, manger etc … je valide ☝🏾✅

Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰

Not even 2 minutes from the train station. Lovely view and near a lidl and some other little supermarkets which is very convenient. 10 mins max from either tram line too. Host is super quick getting back to you when you need anything which is great. Place was gorgeous! Jacuzzi was lovely. Had on his listing that is had scaffolding but there wasn’t any when we got there 10/10 loved out stay

Alloggio spazioso, luminoso e pulito. Fornito di ogni confort e accessorio. Il terrazzo ed i due garage rappresentano un bel valore aggiunto. In 20 minuti si è a piedi in centro, la zona e comunque fornita di molte attività commerciali. Silvia molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta in modo tempestivo.

Five stars all around for this stay. Apartment is extremely well stocked, clean, and perfectly located. Stunning little sitting room and patio for morning coffee. Charming and exactly what we were looking for. Julien’s place was exceptionally comfortable and outfitted for a stay away from home (extra blankets, beach throws, kitchen supplies, coffee/tea, etc.). Julien even had a local bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us, which was a thoughtful touch. :) Remarkable location with everything just a short walk away. Had a lovely check-in interaction with Julien’s mum, Michèle, who was warm and kind (even left is her transit passes and offered extra umbrellas!). Attention to detail, local recommendations and communication was unparalleled. Perfect “home base” for a trip to Nice! Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Julien and Michèle for such a lovely visit!
