Questo soggiorno ha superato totalmente le aspettative, è un luogo rilassante e accogliente, il prezzo è veramente molto conveniente per l'ospitalità, la pulizia, la tranquillità offerta. È uno di quei luoghi in cui ai via con l'idea di voler tornare e di raccontarlo ad amici e parenti, assolutamente consigliato.

Tout était parfait! Milva et son mari sont des personnes très chaleureuses, accueillantes, généreuses, donnant des conseils de visites touristiques en fonction de ce que nous recherchions. L'appartement qu'ils proposent est magnifique, personnalisé, très propre, bien rangé, dans lequel il y a plus que ce qui est décrit. Milva nous a gâtés avec des petits déjeuners copieux et variés. En plus de ce lieu magnifique, nous avons rencontré des personnes très sympathiques, présentes tout en étant discrètes. Pour nous, il s'agit du meilleur airbnb que nous ayons loué.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben,für uns perfekt. Auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage,um all die Ortschaften um Imperia herum zu erkunden,wobei auch Imperia sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation äusserst herzlich. Sogar ein kleiner Osterhase begrüsste uns als wir Sonntags von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen. We really enjoyed our stay- the host was a very friendly, welcoming person and gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to visit. The place itself was neat and organised, in a safe neighbourhood and just close enough to the city centre for us to be able to move around by foot. Would recommend a 100%. ☺️

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jennyfer! Elle est très sympathique et très réactif. La maison était propre et il ne manquait rien en équipement. L'espace extérieur est très beau et la piscine parfaite! Si on aime bien un peu marcher, le centre ville et la plage sont accessible à pied. J'espère revenir une prochaine fois :)

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Great stay at Luisa’s apartment in Nice! Traveled with my wife, 10-mo old daughter, and mother-in-law. Large apartment that had everything we needed. AC was able to get very cool which is somewhat rare in France from other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Great location—within 10-15 min walk of everything in Nice you’d want to go to, but secluded enough to be quiet (exactly what we were looking for with the baby). Luisa was great throughout the whole process offering recommendations and help with anything needed. Would definitely stay again next time in Nice!

Comfortable apartment with perfect view over Monaco - will definitely come back. Simone as the owner is absolutely welcoming, communicative and proactive - stuffing the fridge with Wine, Milk, Water and Juice she made us feel at home right away. Walking distance to the stadium and the circus is fine, Center City and the beach are however quite a stretch.

The apartment was compact but had everything you needed and indeed looked larger in real life than in the photos. David was very responsive and helpful and very kind in giving us good advice on recommendations in the area. His commitment and affability certainly added to the experience of our stay in Nice. Would stay again!

Nous avons passé un super moment en famille dans cet appartement très fonctionnel et extrêmement bien placé dans le Vieux Nice. Nous avons pu faire de nombreuses activités à pied, le quartier est très animé et l’on s’y sent en sécurité même le soir tard. Martine nous a conseillé de bonnes adresses pour les restos où nous nous sommes régalés. Une très bonne expérience à refaire sans hésitation.

This was my second time staying at Isabelle’s wonderful apartment and I highly recommend it. Fantastic location, great apartment, and a little haven to return to after a day in the hustle and bustle of Monte Carlo. I will definitely come back!!

Appena varcata la soglia, si viene accolti da un’atmosfera calda e curata in ogni dettaglio: travi a vista, luci soffuse, arredi dal gusto contemporaneo che non tradiscono l’anima storica del luogo. Il letto è posizionato strategicamente per offrire una vista quasi teatrale sulla cupola illuminata. La cucina, attrezzatissima, invita alla preparazione di una colazione lenta, magari con prodotti tipici del vicino mercato. Il bagno è un gioiello di design, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort Il vero punto forte, però, resta il silenzio irreale che avvolge l’appartamento: pur essendo nel cuore pulsante della città, sembra di abitare un piccolo universo sospeso tra le nuvole. La gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host completano un soggiorno perfetto.

We had a great stay! Cathrine and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us some great tips for exploring the area. The check-in process was simple and smooth. We had a secure parking spot, and the neighborhood felt very safe and was also centrally located. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My stay here was perfect to say the least. The airbnb is in such a convenient place in Nice, walkable to just about everything. The room was very nice and comfortable. Stephan is very helpful in terms of where to go/things to do, I had a great stay. I highly recommend! Such a cute home!

Friendly host, amazing view and outside area to enjoy it. Room is comfy, bathroom is very clean and the shower is very nice. Breakfast is very tasteful with sweet and salty products.

Location molto bella immersa nel verde e nel silenzio. Lennie molto disponibile e piacevole. Abbiamo percepito il vero senso di Airbnb; Lennie ha aperto la porta di casa sua, in tutti sensi, facendoci sentire a nostro agio tra una chiacchierata e l’altra. Consigliatissimo!!!

This is a lovely big space with a living room and two bedrooms, great views and very kind hosts. We managed to get around the Italian-English language barrier fine, and the hosts were very patient with us when we arrived a little later than expected. It is up on a hill in a tiny little village (so keep going as the map point is completely accurate, you aren't lost, it's just a little bit remote!) and a 15-20 minute drive to the beach, which was fine for us. Would stay here again if in the region! And the breakfasts were thoughtful to what we did and did not like so much.

They were really Superhosts! Very nice, kind and supportive. Also very flexible. I had a fan in the room and I had plenty of space in the wardrobe. I’m definitely going to come back 😁.
