One side is a long term rental and the other is available here for short term rentals. The sides are completely independent with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms each, a full kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge. We offer the use of a paddle board, kayak, and surfboard, upon request. There are bikes on the property, ready for you to cruise to the beach! We also offer surf lessons, for a small additional fee.
