This condo was in a great location and met our needs- close to parks- shopping- bicycle trails and restaurants.

No complaints about the house. Pool was a little small but clean and pretty. Ocean is just a walk away and was exactly what we wanted. Not too crowded and absolutely beautiful. The lawn chairs and beach gear were the best. House was clean and relaxing, had everything we needed.

The house is very clean and has everything we need. We have stayed in Kate's house two times already. I am sure we will come back again.

The place and location was awesome and Janelle was quick to reply and so very accommodating. Thank you so much for making our hospital escape, beach trip, a wonderful getaway!

Great location and plenty of space!

We were chased out a day early because of hurricane Helene. The property manager had sent us updated and was concerned about our safety and ability to get to a safer area. Of the seven days at the condo everything was fantastic. The weather was great for five days. We plan on returning soon.

Location, location, location! Just a short ~5 minute walk to the beach and in an extremely peaceful area. About 1-1.5 miles down the road, there’s more shops and a lively area so it was easy to access while having the opportunity to soak up a quiet and relaxing vacation spot. Brandon replaced the beach chairs when I brought up concerns and was extremely responsive and helpful. Cannot recommend Brandon and his place enough!!

What a beautiful condo! Great views from the balcony and we even got to see a couple of dolphins during our stay. Our group of six fit comfortably and there was plenty of space to sprawl out. The unit had everything we could have needed and even additional pool and beach items to use in the garage if we needed them. Pool/Beach towels were in the unit as well. The air conditioning worked great especially upstairs which we were thankful! We had some very warm days during our stay. We had a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up. My family and I felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Everything we needed was available, and the overall atmosphere was so welcoming. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

We stayed at Scott’s townhouse for 2 nights! Such a peaceful neighbourhood with everything you need at arms reach for food, entertainment etc.. Scott was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay and even suggested popular local spots for night life to ensure we got the full experience. The rental unit was clean, spacious and had that “home” feeling. I would also like to add that I clean Airbnb’s for a living and I was impressed on the cleanliness 👏 Scott, thank you so much for our stay you were a wonderful host!

Fantastic stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The location was perfect, the place had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Heather’s place was a perfect place for our family. The townhome community is quiet and the pool was never too crowded. The King size beds were comfortable and the bedrooms each had TVs. The kitchen was very well stocked with all cooking items. The coffee bar was great with a great stock of K Cups. Super easy walk to the beach. The house had beach chairs and a beach wagon that were perfect for beach days.

I can’t say enough of the location. Very short walk to the beach in either direction. Nice little market and ice cream shop at the end of the parking lot. Super clean condo and lots of amenities inside. The large outdoor pool was a great feature.

This place was a 15 out of 10! My girlfriend and I were in a pinch trying to find a second place to stay after Hurricane Milton (our home got ruined and we lost all our furniture). These guys responded quickly. The check in was super easy as opposed to most key pads. The outside area is SO CUTE btw. The home was really homey and super clean; it also had EVERYTHING we needed from pots, utensils, W/D, towels, etc. Oh! And the bed was SOOOO comfortable. I even asked where they got the bed hehe 😂🥰 It was 10 extra mins for me to work but that’s alright. But yes, Would definitely stay again.

Shannon was great. The house is as described, everything we needed was there to host a nice dinner for our kids who live local. She answered any questions we had right away. Our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. The house was so cozy and cute,the bed was great. We were very comfortable,We felt right at home in Shannon's place. We highly recommend her listing. Best little place around for a great fair price. Will stay again

The apartment was exactly as described—super clean and well-maintained. The best part was definitely the location. It was in a lively area with tons of things to do, making it easy to explore St. Pete. The only downside was the noise from the busy street, which made working remotely a bit tricky during the day. However, if you're looking for a place with great access to local spots, this is definitely the spot! Even with the hustle and bustle, it was totally worth the stay! We loved it overall very much. Christian was also fantastic—very communicative and friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location to walk to the beach! Appreciated the available beach necessities: umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, etc. Updated & very clean. Inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Generally quiet location. Would stay here again!!

Slept our group of 9 (two families) perfectly. Property was exactly as described. Kitchen well equipped. Completely adequate beach gear for a day on the beach. So much within a short walk. There was some road noise from Gulf Blvd during the day. This is really my only criticism of the location. Overall, we had a great experience and Gerise was very accommodating and responsive.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, new, modern house on a quiet street, right next to the walking path and so close to Dunedin's main street. My mom described it best, "stunning.... fabulous... can you believe how nice this is?" Lisa was friendly and responsive. She was also very thoughtful with nice little welcome items. The house was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable, the three outdoor spaces were beautiful, great kitchen. If I could rate this higher than a five star experience I would. We would live to stay again and again. Thank you, Lisa!

This place is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable for the family. You have all you need in the house, kitchen tools, bathroom items, beach toys, books for kids etc. The beach is just 15 min from the house, the community is very quiet and no troubles at all.

Exceeded our expectations in every way, they thought of everything you could possibly need from the fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, extra beach towels, fun family home activities, to a great grilling area! This home is truly beautiful and extremely comfortable, not to mention the daily Dolphin watching that play right outside the dock. The location is gorgeous! There are so many bonus rooms and space in the home that everyone has room to enjoy time together as well as a little privacy time. Diana was great, very responsive, professional, and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Thank you for everything Diana!

We had a great stay at Ilir’s nice house. It was extremely comfortable for the 6 adults in our party, with super comfortable beds and couches, very well equipped with everything one can need for a short stay and well located in relation to the wedding we were going to. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to a Main Street to move around Clearwater easily. Last but not least, Ilir was very courteous and friendly before and during our stay and easily reachable when we needed him. As a super host myself, I can definitely recommend this place. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect - beautiful views, quiet, and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a slow cooker to make some chili for dinner one night! There were a variety of games that kept us entertained on the one rainy day. The three bedrooms each have an attached bathroom, which was ideal for guests. The garage has an exercise area, lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc.) and bikes. The shared pool is a nice size and has plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. Our favorite was the roof top deck with the hot tub and grill. Again, there is plenty of seating and lovely views from up there. Misty and her team responded within minutes to all of our questions, before we arrived and while we were there. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Clearwater Beach!

This was hands down our best Airbnb experience ever! Kristin’s townhouse was absolutely perfect — everything was thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest details. We truly felt at home from the moment we walked in. The house is beautifully decorated, super clean, and has everything you could possibly need — from beach essentials to things for kids, and all the cozy touches that make you feel like you’re not just staying somewhere, but actually living there. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Kristin, for creating such a special and welcoming space — we’ll definitely be back!
