It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.

We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

The Treehouse is a perfect retreat! It is secluded by the hills surrounding Madison. Complete privacy, yet 5 minutes from downtown, or hilltop. Year-round views of the beautiful hills of Kentucky. Winter views of the Ohio River and downtown. The house has stunning ceilings made from coastal cedar off an island near Vancouver, British Columbia and beautiful skylights in the studio and indoor pool area. This is an Adults only property. 2-night min.

This one-bedroom / one-bathroom apartment features high ceilings and exposed brick and is attached to your host’s home - a Victorian townhouse on one of Evansville’s historic cobblestone streets.
