Clean and cozy. Host was very responsive. Only issue was that I couldn’t find any garbage bags, so I couldn’t empty the garbages like I would have liked to. Beautiful tiny home and perfect location across the park with close access to forest trails.

What an awesome stay! Karen was an excellent host, giving us local recommendations, leaving lots of snacks/wine, and always quick to message me back! Her place was so cozy and in such a beautiful location, with the beach being just a few steps away. She had great amenities including AC, a smart TV, and a very functional kitchen. We would recommend this airbnb to anybody looking for a beachside getaway!

It was perfect for me and my bridesmaids before my wedding. Cameron checked in to make sure we didn’t have any questions or problems. I would definitely use the space again if I was in the area.

Stayed for a weekend trip to the beach. Central location, about 5 minutes drive from Mount Baldy, and 5 minutes drive from Washington Park Beach. The suite is spotless, well decorated, and has more and better quality kitchen supplies than most AirBNB options (has a full spice rack, dishes, pots and pans, and a full knife block!). Beds were comfortable and they generously provided beach towels, bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The only negatives were that it is two blocks from a train station (as is everything else with close availability to the beach) with some early morning trains that could wake up late sleepers, and a construction site across the street- the construction noise was minimal to us, and the construction should at some point be completed. We hope to stay with Jessie again for our next visit!

We have stayed in this location in the past and found it to meet our needs well. We will look forward to staying here again. Very comfortable, clean and accommodating.

Easy walk to the beach. The beach is very low key in March and it’s beautiful with the dunes! Comfy beds. Good setup for. Multiple sleeping options.

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our family trip to Miller Beach. The house is beautiful, comfortable, casual & beachy; we utilized every area of the house- breakfast & coffee on the back terrace, cocktails on the front terrace, football on the tv upstairs, tennis on the tv downstairs, family dinners in the dining room, plenty of room in the living room for watching movies together. Loved all of the light in the house- we all felt like we were staying in a tree house! The kitchen was very well-appointed, so nice to have spices and every type of dish/pan/cooking utensil. The beach is beautiful- we walked down to the Dunes and hiked around there, gorgeous. The beach wagon is brilliant, all packed and ready to go. The dogs were in heaven exploring the safely fenced property. Communication with hosts was great. Had pizza & food delivered; we only left the property to hike & go the the beach. Perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house near Lake Michigan! The private beach access was a highlight, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The house was clean, well-equipped, and just a short walk to the beach. We could hear the waves from the back porch. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

This home was super cozy for my big family. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the way it is set up makes you feel right at home. This home had everything we needed. TV’s, kitchen items, recommendations, and even fun family games and activities to do. Every time I visit the area I’ll be checking to see if it’s available. 10/10

This condo worked well for our visit to Culver. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and convenient to the school. My favorite part was the fantastic view of the lake from the deck. Beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive.

Joel’s place is a very rare and stunning place! We felt right at home with classy decor, spotless, and luxury linens. I would recommend to anyone to stay here to have a relaxing few days away. The view and accommodations were just perfect! We can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

The penthouse was the perfect spot for a family getaway! Rooms were large and well laid out, kitchen had everything we needed, the Michigan city and new Buffalo had lots of great restaurants for dining out or takeout. Everything was immaculately clean, René was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The outside and the neighborhood do not reflect the gem inside! We had a really comfortable stay, and will definitely be back!

The condo was functional and clean. Proximity to the beach was the selling point. Steep steps to get up to the second floor unit. Functional layout. Back porch provided a place to enjoy the bird songs. From the porch I could hear the water on windy days, but there is not a view of the lake. Less than a minute walk to the beach. From there Sunsets over the lake were breath taking.
