Whether you are traveling for work, sports, fun, or just passing through this location is the BEST. We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

You'll love being centrally located in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood in Midtown, whether hiking the Monon or exploring the streets of historic homes in Indy.

History is important to us so we updated the space while staying true the original character & feel.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this cozy cottage. Historic Downtown Noblesville is just a short walk where you will find great restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops. The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

Welcome to paradise on the White River in Indianapolis! I personally designed, built, and lived in this house for six years - one of the best periods of my life. Situated just two blocks from the Monon Trail offering walking and biking access to more restaurants and shopping on Indy's famous Mass Avenue!

I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!

This spacious, newly renovated carriage house comfortably sleeps 4-5. Private entrance leads to a meticulously cleaned, peaceful abode- only 10 minutes to downtown Indy!! Enjoy walks with a cup of coffee to take in all of Historic Irvington, or simply relax in this quiet retreat and enjoy the only table shuffleboard in a private rental in all of Indianapolis! A fully stocked kitchen allows for longer stays. We offer no-contact check-in, but we are nearby to help out if needed.

This space has been comfortably furnished with reclaimed furniture and handmade pieces, as well as fresh paint throughout giving it a clean, simple, and relaxing feel. Welcome home!

This is a fun 1,000 sq. foot space that is very modern and new. It is only used for guests, so I decided to put it on Airbnb. This is a private dwelling and I know you will enjoy your stay. Thanks for looking! If needed, there is a chair lift. The space has one queen bed and also a couch bed.
