We had the most wonderful stay at “The Bridge”! The apartment was cosy and we felt right at home. The view from the veranda was exceptional and we’ll miss the sound of the waves of the nearby sea. Michael and co-host Elly were kind, helpful and responsive. We loved that the location was less touristic compared to other areas of the island and still offered great restaurants and activities in walking distance. We’d love to come back some time!

My stay at this condo was fantastic! Everything was exactly as described, and the complex amenities were excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

Superb! Highly recommend. The host is super helpful in everything. The place is very nice, close to the mall, supermarket and many restaurants as well as parks. The area is very clean and modern. This was one of the best AIRBNB experiences we ever had. I will seek to rent this place anytime I am back in HMC.

We stayed at Phuong's place for two nights. She is friendly and always responsive before, during and even after the stay. Always care about her guests. The apartment is situated in an old building. Near to the local markets and restaurants. The whole apartment had been renovated. The rooms are clean, the apartment is equipped with the shampoo and hair dryer. Don't forget to take a nice photo in the apartment. There is a instagr-able corner-the bath tub. Thanks to Phuong, I highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement super agréable en pleins coeur d’Ho Chi Minh! On à aimé ce quartier un peu loin des touristes. Et parfait pour faire du télétravail.

Surprise, surprise - We booked it again, even when the price was increased :) So , have the opportunity to have a second opinion: This is not a regular Airbnb stay - it is actually more like a home stay. It is clean, quiet and spacious (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with toilets) new apartment. Everything is nearby: convenient shops are near the entrance, bank and ATM is 3 minutes away, even a quality Dong Hair Salon is 2 minutes away. The time there goes fast, so better book quickly and for few weeks. There is a small bonus - a drinking water (triple filtered) tap :) This is an absolute gem, not only in Haiphong, but compared to many other stays. It may also turn you into a returning customer ! Looking forward for my third stay :)

Clean, comfy bed, large space, great views, stocked kitchen. A washer and big drying rack. The host was above and beyond. Super communication and took great care of us. She even delivered recovery drinks when we were sick. The accommodation was so comfy and felt like home. Even hot water at the sinks. TV and wifi were great. Dining area, comfy couch and deck seating. 100% recommend for 2 nights or 20. Close to everything you need. There is a bit of noise from the school nearby, but it was easy to ignore, or enjoy children playing.

This was our second stay in the Surin Beach area and we found the Surin Park accommodations to be close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk), near several good restaurants, a 2 minute walk to a scooter rental office (YoBike), and easy access to local shopping market (Tops, sort of like a 7-Eleven). The condo was fine. Everything worked as it should and the cleaning crew did a good job prior to our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find the management company arranged for a mid-week cleaning which was done while we were out making that experience seamless as well. The patio opening to the pool was a very convenient and the washer, located on the ground floor adjacent to the fitness room, worked fine but, to be honest, local laundry services are easy and inexpensive so you might just go there instead. Overall, we're very satisfied with our experience!
