5/5 stars! I had the most incredible stay at this villa! The moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of serenity wash over me. The villa was immaculately clean, comfortable, and perfectly appointed for a relaxing getaway. The secluded location was a blessing in disguise - it was so peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect spot for healing and introspection. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the host's outstanding hospitality! They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and taken care of. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests' well-being is truly rare and appreciated. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat with top-notch hosting, look no further! I couldn't recommend this villa and its wonderful host enough.

Perfect place to arrange big family trip with nice pool in it. The room is super clean, they provide amenities, instant noodle, egg, rice, sugar, tea, coffee, etc for free. Love it.

We had an incredible stay at this villa! The place is gorgeous, with a big pool, lots of hangout areas, and a fantastic kitchen. The beds were super comfy, and our group, which included a few families with kids, found it perfect. It’s safe and spacious, with a closed AC room where the kids could relax and watch TV in the evenings while the parents chilled outside. The location was also incredibly ideal. We wanted to be close to Canggu but still enjoy traditional Bali vibes, and Kedungu delivered. We could walk to great cafés, the beach was perfect for surfing, and the nearby padel courts were a fun activity. We also tried a few restaurants close by and loved them all! On top of that, horse riding, ATVs, and Tanah Lot Temple were just a short drive away. We had such a great time that we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend and thanks to the villa staff for all the awesome recs!

Wow! Justin's place was a delight!!! He arranged for our transportation from the airport and we had a floating breakfast, a petal flower bath, and balinese massages. We walked to breakfast and lunch at a different place each day and all were delicious. Just hanging out was amazing with lovely plunge pool, comfortable outdoor seating/lounging areas and beautiful views of the rice terraces, palm trees, birds and jungle noises. Very peaceful and a truly joyful experience. Highly recommend!

We have been living in Denpasar for one year, but we are originally from the U.S. where we lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains, had a garden, and spent our evenings by the campfire. We were looking for a place to get away for our son’s 16th birthday and hoped for somewhere away from traffic and surrounded by trees. We could not have dreamed that we would find a place that would ease our homesickness while also allowing us to experience the true beauty of the real Bali. If we could move into the cabin, we would in a heartbeat. The staff is incredible and they immediately made us feel like family. We have officially named the cabin our “home away from home” and hope to return when we begin to feel homesick. If you love the outdoors, gardens, trails, flowers, and campfires, you will not be disappointed.

The place was great, especially the newly built gazebo where you can dine outdoors while enjoying the cool breeze. And the 2nd floor room where you have a gorgeous unobstructed view of the mountain. The place is clean and maintained well so no issues whatsoever. The ac in the living room really helps in the day as it gets quite warm. Pak Rana was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived.

Anas war super freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Er hat uns gegen eine kleine Gebühr vom Flughafen Malang abgeholt und eine SIM-Karte mit uns in der Stadt von Malang geholt, wofür wir knapp zwei Stunden gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft lag in einem Gebäudekomplex und war wie beschrieben. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen. :)

Our family of four loved staying at Salty Siesta! Even though we got really unlucky with the weather, the apartment was super cozy and we really enjoyed both the cute pool and the many great recommendations from owner Wayne! We were surprised about how many really nice restaurants there were in walking distance - special shout out to Pronto Pizza and Klub Kembali! Wayne took great care of us and was around whenever we needed help or information. The apartment (and the garden) are very well equipped, with a great comfy bed and lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the styling with numerous handpicked decorations. The nearby beach offered great sunsets and good surfing opportunities. We’d love to come again!

I loved my stay here! It has a unique design and the room was spacious with everything you need, including yoga mats. The rooftop is also a great place for relaxing and watching the sunset. Communication was fast and I was welcomed on arrival. I will definitely stay here again when I next come to Uluwatu.

lovee the aroma therapy as soon as i entered the room aesthetically pleasing love it. only downside for me maybe there wasn’t any wardrobe to store clothes. its more of an open concept with hangers. Good but wasnt enough for me i guess. 10/10 for cleanliness and aesthetics always live staying at dago thanks for hosting! will come back bandung again soon

kaniji was a very cozy private space which is away from the noisy and busy streets, which made our stay more beautiful and private. The host was exceptionally good at providing us with all the facilities and was very friendly.

For those that want a very relaxing and secluded holiday away from the other busy places in Bali, we can’t recommend this place enough. Paired with the great food at the ecolodge and all the wildlife you get to see, this place provides everything you’d want for a quiet holiday.

It was every bit as wonderful as advertised! The cozy, well-appointed cabins provided the perfect home base, and waking up to that breathtaking sunrise over Mount Batur was an experience to never forget. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a true slice of Bali’s natural beauty with all the comforts you need, this is it—highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft, ein absolut magischer Ort! Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, durch die Ruhe vor Ort kann man wunderbar entspannen. Der Service ist sehr gut und das Personal immer superfreundlich! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir können Avana nur wärmstens empfehlen!!

This was a beautiful place to stay, close enough to Ubud downtown but away from all the hustle and bustle. The cabin itself is gorgeous, the bed was comfy. Highlight was definitely the gorgeous pool, and the friendly staff who were around to help with everything, provide daily cleaning, bring coffee etc. The property has 3 beautiful cabins, I would suggest if you are a super light sleeper to go with one of the other two cabins as this one is the closest to the road so can be a bit noisier, however with earplugs I slept fine. Adi and Frances were amazing hosts who were very responsive, and helped organize a visit to the elephant sanctuary which was a highlight of my trip! I am a solo female traveler felt really safe in this neighbourhood, I enjoyed walking around the area, visiting the snack stands and the local cafe (Piduh Charity Cafe). This is a great pick for travellers who want to experience Bali in a more authentic way! I would 100% come back!
