The place itself is astonishingly good despite the presence of mosquitos and insects (better to have off lotion) since its an open air ventilation so most of the time insects would just fly in and out. We didn't get the chance to start a bonfire tho since the wood is wet but would be nice if the caretakers set aside some dry wood for the guests to maximise the deal. Only cons here are the insects and hot humidity in the morning since ( there is no air-conditioning ) which is a must for back up during summer season. Grateful for the experience and responsiveness of our hosts.

We had an excellent time at Mio’s place. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, bright and clean. Perfect for a large group. Kitchen appliances and cooking paraphernalia , super nice and all we had to do was chill. The property was full of trees, and my family had a great time at the pool which was provided with areas just to sit and bond. The rooms were large with comfortable beds, clean and fresh linen. Marj, the head of the property staff was very attentive to our needs, gave clear instructions and was awesome. Planning to book again this year. Recommend this place 💯 percent.

It is in a slightly remote area in Antipolo but still easy to find through Google Maps. The bungalow is ok but could use a little more cleaning. Still had a great time! The place is peaceful and can help you reset :) Kitchen is complete with all the utensils you need. Although there is no signal, Wi-Fi is strong. Bedroom has AC. We didnt expect it would get cold because of some openings on the window but surprisingly, it did its job. Karaoke has a fee of 500.

All equipment is readily available and functioning properly. -Room: pleasant aroma (fresh bedding). -Complete kitchenware. -Emergency preparation resources are available; however, they lack detailed information. -The owner is very responsive whenever we have a problem. - **Security Issue:** The sliding doors and windows cannot be locked properly. Better sana view if maganda weather but sadly rainy less enjoyable sa mga possible outdoor activities.

14 members of our family stayed here and the place was very relaxing with a beautiful view and plenty of activities to do. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The assistants there were extremely kind and helpful. Overall, it was the best experience with a good place to be with your family and friends

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff is kind and very accomodating. The place is clean and big. It's quiet and it's nice to relax. The room is big and there are many beds. It's really nice in their place, it's cold especially at night. Malakas ang starlink 😊Thank you for welcoming us.

The place is especially good for a retreat, away from the bustling cities and the noise. It's a refreshing view and helps you really connect with nature. The place is a little far from convinience store, and about a 10 min hike but it's a perfect get away. If you plan to stay a little longer than overnight, you may want to consider bringing a cooler as the mini fridge won't be sufficient for foods especially for a big group. Overall, it's a nice experience, both the host and caretaker were extremely accommodating and can offer flexible arrangement as long as properly communicated and there's no other guests for the next day.

Good place. Very accommodating host and personnels. Lot of things to do. Worth the price. Although, bumpy access road going into the property, but manageable. Very accessible, just 1 ride from SM Masinag and 1 tryk ride.

The pool was amazing, the teepee houses were a unique and fun touch, and the river experience was truly the highlight of our trip – we'll never forget it! Even the brief brownout we experienced was a minor inconvenience, easily overshadowed by all the positives. The cold weather was surprisingly pleasant, and the comfortable beds ensured we slept soundly. We loved it so much that we even requested an extension on our checkout time to soak it all in! I randomly checked out this accommodation and asked Paulo all the questions I had, which he answered very promptly. We were looking for a place away from buildings and vehicles, and this one was exactly what we were looking for! Just expect a 15-20 minute trek—there’s a caretaker who will guide you. When we arrived, it was raining, so be careful as the path can get slippery. But once you reach the place, it’s so beautiful. Overall, our stay was private, and both the host and the caretaker were very accommodating. The signal is intermittent, but that’s to be expected given the location. Tip: You may ask the caretaker to buy things you need, but be sure to maximize the effort he’s putting in, as it’s difficult to go back and forth. And of course, tipping is key! We’ll definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Lunti is one of the best places to stay in Infanta. Place is quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rowena is also very responsive to all my inquiries. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

Had staycation here with friends and we really felt we’re one with the nature. Walang kapitbahay, just pure green surrounding. Perfect if gusto mo huminga muna saglit from busy city. :)

It’s a home away from home, so far the best place i’ve booked in Airbnb. I will definitely come back. The place is a piece of paradise, having the nice view or sierra madre mountains. We saved money by bringing our own food, there’s no need to go restaurant since the kitchen is well equipped with complete utensils. We had our toasted mallows and grilled hotdogs in the bonfire, it is the first time for my son who experience the boyscout campfire experience. Super 360 great view from front porch till backyard. It felt like the karate kid scene in japan. Pool water is from natural spring waters with no chlorine. With comfy beds and clean sheets. The design of the house has farm in san benito feels. Caretaker is helpful too. We will come back soon one day is not enough.
