This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.

You can stare out at the water while on a zoom meeting or drop a line into the canal to try to catch your dinner. Two bedroom cottage 2 blocks from Goose island state park. No fishing license is needed in Goose island state park. We are on a peninsula surrounded by 3 bays. Whooping crane nesting nearby and over 450 species of birds migrate and live in the area. Fishing and boat ramps along the water and in Goose island state park. Goose island state park and Fulton have lighted piers. Great fishing under the Copano bay bridge. There are 2 queen beds, air mattress will fit in living area.
