great house , views are incredible and peaceful

Perfect and quiet place to gather with family! Very comfortable , have everything you need very accesible and easy to find. We felt very safe.

10/10 Texas Hill Country ranch home. We had such a great time here! Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday weekend and it was perfect. The home, the location, the views, the endless amenities, the wildlife, the pool, the hosts, the kitchen, the comfy bed and immaculate…everything! No exaggeration… everything was perfect, where you want, and what you hoped for, if not better. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Oh and the views, amazing. Everything about this home exceeded my expectations. A wonderful getaway and I couldn’t be happier. I wish I could have stayed another day. Thank you so much for everything.

The house is great and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

We came in for a few days and really liked the house. It’s within a mile or two of downtown and felt centrally located to everything. Beds were comfortable and the place had plenty of room for our family of five. Kids loved the backyard and hot tub. We would stay there again!

Beautiful home home and nice stay

Our family had an incredible stay at this property over the Easter weekend! We surprised our kids with a weekend trip to Fredericksburg and this property checked all the boxes! They swam their little hearts out and we all loved how cozy, bright and inviting the indoor space was. The perfect property to relax, recharge and spend time with those that matter the most. The property was in close proximity to Main Street, which was nice. However, we decided to check out restaurants that were maybe 10-15 mins from the property. Highly recommend Cabernet Grill Restaurant, Altstadt Brewery, Prometheus Pizza and Safari Winery! I also can not say enough about Marilyn! She was so easy to communicate with and was very responsive! We are very appreciative of your help this past weekend! Hope to stay at another property in the future that you manage or perhaps we will come back to this one for another wonderful stay!

Very beautiful home and less than 10 minutes from downtown! Host was super quick responding and very kind.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house had so much character. We loved having our morning coffee on the back patio, watching the deer wander around the property.

Me and my family stayed the weekend. Lindsey s was very helpful and willing to answer all questions. The home was absolutely beautiful, the scenery was beautiful! The home included everything you would possibly need on the trip. It’s walking distance from the river but given its low, it was very pretty nonetheless. ☺️

My husband and I visited Fredericksburg for the 1st time to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, & the new year. From the moment we arrived - we were impressed! We are BIG on details, & they far exceeded our expectations. The theater room was so cozy & cute. The entire home was so clean. They had comfy blankets since it was cold. The sofa and loveseat in the living room were the most comfortable. They gave clear instructions on everything. It was incredibly private & peaceful. They had a nice collection of DVD’s & games. They even left us New Year headbands & the MOST delicious cookies! Everything from start to finish was perfect! The 1st night we arrived, we noticed the outdoor string lights weren’t working. We reached out to the hosts…& they were so quick to respond, & incredibly kind! The gentleman they sent over helped…& even gave recommendations to us, since it was our 1st time visiting! The only upsetting part? The fact that we had to leave! Such a perfect spot! Thank you guys again!♥️

second stay at DH. same as last visit. walk down to the river as it is a rare private spot to access and enjoy. super accommodating. had a bit of a hiccup and missed first night due to illness and he invited me to stay another night as it was vacant. great folks.

Great place that was perfect for our family to visit my brother and his family nearby. Pleasant walk to Boerne river walk and the downtown restaurants. Everything worked. It was wonderful that Brenda could accommodate us at the last minute. Thanks much!

The house was beautiful with lots of space for a large group. So many sitting areas for great conversation amongst family and friends.

My son and his adult children stayed for Thanksgiving. They fixed a Thanksgiving meal and we had a very blessed visit. They were able to stay close to where I live and everything was perfect. Suzanne Sterling

Cute tiny home wonderfully decorated, with small private fenced backyard. Home is located in the backyard behind the main house. The backyard was beautiful and well kept. House is in a good location, close to hospital, grocery store, laundry mat, restaurants and within a reasonable walk to downtown Fredericksburg. Hosts are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and are very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Once again, Martha was fabulous!! Love this little house and staying in this older, safe, comfortable neighborhood and house. People in the front house were so nice and our dogs loved playing together. Such a great backyard for kids and dogs!! Can’t wait to come back this summer with our family and hope to see our new friends again!! Thank you Martha and thanks for all your understanding with all our needs! You didn’t have to be so accommodating, but you went over and above!! Thanks again! Loved it!!

Exceptional is the only word that can describe this amazing experience! We extended our stay because of the luxurious feel and decoration of the home and so so clean! We were literally close to everything and this place made it hard to leave to go do anything else!! The back bar was such a touch of class! We will be back!!

Brad was a wonderful host. The home was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to Main Street and it was close to nice restaurants.

The house was so unique and beautiful. Or was the perfect stay for a girls trip with plenty of room o doors & outdoors.

Our family enjoyed the all the family friendly games the host home had to offer & the open atmosphere.

The accommodations were perfect and met our every need. The hosts even put toddler riding toys in the house, knowing our two-year old granddaughter was going to be with us, and she loved playing with those.
