Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

We can’t say enough about how amazing The Compartment is! We had a wonderful stay! Mindy met us as we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know. We loved everything — such a lovely quaint and quiet place. Lots of thoughtful extras inside…pancake fixins, snacks, toothpaste, lotions, etc. Loved everything! The bed was very comfortable. And I especially loved the separate sitting area room for some personal quiet time. It was very clean and spacious inside. Just the perfect airbnb! We hope to come back and stay again sometime!!

Charming! Easy to get to from downtown Fredericksburg. But far enough out of town to feel really peaceful and like you’re away on holidays in the country. We enjoyed the property and the casita. Would love to come back in the winter and have a red wine around the fireplace in the courtyard

I was looking for something just outside of town to have some privacy. It was extremely peaceful, and we even saw a deer in the distance and an eagle within a block of the property.

Wow, Sean’s place was well worth the price! The house was well stocked with your basic necessities on hand and decorated with a fun vibe. Loved the location, under 10 min to any of our favorite shopping places or restaurants. This was a wonderful place to host our Easter Holiday with family. We certainly created beautiful memories there that will last us a lifetime!

We loved our stay in Fredericksburg! Susan gave very clear and helpful instructions, making check in after a long drive with our kids very easy. Having juice pouches in the fridge for our kids was an added touch that we greatly appreciated! The house was clean and the proximity to main street is unbeatable.

The hot tub was such a relaxing bonus, and the peaceful neighborhood made it the perfect retreat. We also loved that it was just minutes from the Main Strip, so shopping and dining were super convenient. As a group of church ladies, we were touched to find Christian music playing on the TV when we arrived—it was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The host was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this place—definitely a five-star stay!

Lovely house. Perfect for the weekend. Things are walkable, but it’s a bit of a walk. We did uber and walking in equal amounts. House was pretty and comfortable. Would definitely visit again.

~ Perfect ~ I came to Fredericksburg for a girl’s trip with my best friend from Germany. Henry’s Haus was perfect! We both loved it and enjoyed the outdoor seating and walking distance to restaurants and Main Street! Highly recommend and would definitely book again!!

Rachel’s place was perfect in every way! It was very clean and cozy with everything we needed while staying for the weekend. The location was honestly the best! Within a 2 min drive to anything we needed but very peaceful and quiet. We didn’t hear a single noice while staying even with neighbors. The outdoor area was very relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again!

Your two-bedroom, two-bath place was a perfect getaway for my husband and me and our son and girlfriend. The place is new and beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. We especially loved the Texas pecan coffee in the morning and the bottle of local wine to welcome us. Both were enjoyed. A really lovely place. Highly recommend.

Great summer vacation spot! Our family enjoyed the view and relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Also played Frisbee golf and had other options. Would love to come back in the near future!

The apartment was nice and very clean upon arrival. The location couldn't be better! Our only complaints were how uncomfortable we thought the bed and couch were. These are personal preferences, so I did not think it was anything I'd use to rate the overall experience here. The bed is really firm and the couch was just overall uncomfortable to sit or lay on.

We were very pleased with Mark's condo. It was close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and decorated with the utmost care. We would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our short stay! The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and had all we needed. We enjoyed the location as it only took a few short minutes to get to town, and the home is located in a quiet area (which we prefer). We absolutely LOVED the massage chair, sweet treats that were kindly on the kitchen table when we arrived, and the bed was super comfy as well. It was just a fun and adorable home.
