Studio Apt. on the Ocean -best location

Unit 4 is a private studio unit with a queen size Murphy bed and a small futon couch. This unit is on the 2nd floor of our small ocean front apartment building. Can sleep 2-3. We recommend only 2 adults in this unit or 2 adults 1 children. The sofa bed is on the smaller size and recommended for a child or small adult only. Just a short walk to Flagler St restaurants and shopping.

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home is a cute little beachy home by the sea . Our home is in a little inter-coastal community on the Indian River. There are many parks just up the road. We are 5 miles from historic New Smyrna Beach (Canal District) and less than 7 miles from the beach entrance. To make beach going easier, umbrella, chairs, cooler and sand-toys are here for your enjoyment.
