A perfect property in the quiet and peaceful area of Bruntsfield, a stones throw from everything you can need in terms of transport links, walks, shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved it and really appreciated all the little touches that make a property a home, such as fresh flowers, welcome biscuits and milk in the fridge. Thank you Di and Eddie.

We had a fantastic few days away in this house. there was plenty of space for two families of four and a dog. The enclosed garden and garden furniture were a great addition, especially as the weather was lovely while we were there. Would definitely book again in the future.

Mel was a very helpful and friendly host. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a quiet and peaceful break. Particularly good for the dog with the garden being fully enclosed and free to roam.

This is let is worth a visit if you are a family or in a group. It's a peaceful location with off-road parking. We all had a room to ourselves and there are nice places to relax in the house. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and be in Edinburgh centre in 20 minutes or so. You can make the best of Edinburgh when staying. Usman is very hospitable and will meet and show you round himself. He communicated well for us and was flexible with when we could check in. This proved very helpful on the day! I would recommend staying here, it's a nice place.

Responsive and friendly host. We slept comfortably and appreciated the flexibility with check in time traveling with small children.

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

This is our third time staying at Claire's property. It is ideally situated both for buses and the railway station at Wallyford, making Edinburgh and beyond easy to visit. If travelling by car the main trunk roads and motorways are within easy reach. Claire kindly left bread, milk, butter, eggs, hot cross buns and jam as well as a full range of toiletries. We would have no hesitation in staying again as Claire is a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful two-night stay over our wedding weekend, and Hazel was an exceptional host. She was quick to respond to all our queries and made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. There were so many thoughtful little “Mr & Mrs” touches that made the stay feel really special — from the roses to the delicious fudge, everything added a lovely personal touch. We also really appreciated the breakfast bits provided, like milk, croissants, jams, and tea — such a thoughtful gesture. The kitchen was well equipped, and the home is located on a beautiful street surrounded by charming houses in a perfect location. Another big bonus was the great parking, which is hard to come by in Edinburgh. Thank you, Hazel, for helping make our weekend so memorable!

What a wonderful host! Jon was super helpful and communicative, as well as laid back and made sure we were right at home. The place was lovely. Clean sheets and super comfy beds, as well as cozy and warm. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. He also has the nicest shower I’ve EVER had! It’s on a private, quiet street with lots of cafes and pubs nearby and as described in terms of distance to the city centre/castle etc. We walked there and it didn’t feel too long. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a lovely, home away from home, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world! We hadden een paar geweldige dagen in Edinburgh. Het appartement ligt in een leuke buurt op loopafstand van het centrum. Mike en Pauline waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we zouden een verblijf hier zeker aanraden!

Ann’s place was very nice. It was exactly as described and very close to restaurants and other popular locations.

I think I found a perfect AirB&B! This cozy one bed, one bath accommodation has everything you would need to stay comfortable and relaxed while exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. There was a train station about a 20-25 minute walk which made getting around very easy. The area feels safe and peaceful. This place is perfect for those who want to golf, relax, and check out Scotland. I would recommend a car if you’re going to consider this listing unless you’re open to getting your steps in. I was okay with walking and enjoyed the fresh air daily. Ash was very proactive with any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend this listing! The listing, area, and hosts were beyond my expectations! 10/10 & 5 stars!! Thank you again Ash, can’t wait to be back!

Die Unterkunft von Jay war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe, man erreicht das Zentrum zu Fuss und ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der Arthur’s Seat. Der Aufstieg ist sehr zu empfehlen, man wird mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Gegend belohnt! Jay war sehr zuvorkommend, hat immer sofort geantwortet. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt.

Wonderful and cosy apartment right on the bank of the Tweed river. Terry is a great host, friendly, responsive and willing to help with local recommendations! We have had a great time staying at Terry’s place!

Our stay at Steve and Gillian's place was wonderful. They had thought of everything. The atmosphere and surrounds were relaxing, modern and well presented.Some breakfast starters were thoughtful and appreciated The outdoor area was also beautiful. Appartamento meraviglioso!!!! Me ne ero innamorata già prima della partenza guardando le foto e leggendo la descrizione, poi una volta arrivata tutte le mie aspettative sono state confermate! Davvero un gioiellino di casa. Anke è un host eccezionale per la sua disponibilità e accoglienza. Edimburgo poi, che dire.... Me ne sono perdutamente innamorata anche con la pioggia e il freddo. Tornerò sicuramente!!!!!

Kenzo’s place and Kenzo (and Aaron) are terrific! The studio is conveniently located on a pretty and quiet block, near stores and public transportation. Kenzo responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay while exploring Edinburgh!

Another stay, and as perfect as ever. Such a lovely homely place, friendly host and a perfect place for all activities. Can’t wait to be back soon.

I just don't know where to begin. The host - James was the best host we've ever had. His communication, responsiveness and friendliness was just over the top. He gave us additional information on a local walking tour and a list with some outstanding restaurants. The location - completely central to all you could want to do in Edinburgh. We walked everywhere (we also had amazing weather for the first 5 days - 65 degrees). The apartment - WOW. Pristine, incredibly well appointed, clean, spacious. We have never seen a more thoughtfully stocked Airbnb - EVER!!! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Needless to say - when we return to Edinburgh, we will be staying at James place. Thank you James!!!

Wir hatten 5 tolle Tage. die Wohnung ist groß, cool eingerichtet, hat alles, was man braucht und liegt nahe bei den Meadows. Wir kommen gern wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this apartment. Perfect location. A short walk to a choice of restaurants, pubs and shops. Beautiful views of the riverside and nice walks from the door. Spotlessly clean, cosy, comfortable and welcoming. It has been renovated to a very high standard and Julie has thought of everything! The only place we have ever stayed where there was not a thing we needed that was not thought of or provided – including a lovely welcome pack! The kitchen had plenty of tea towels, cleaning things etc as well as things like cooking oil, condiments, tin foil etc. All those little things that are pain to buy for a short break but make life easier. And also lovely to have proper selection of glassware - wine glasses, flutes, tumblers. Julie was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. Check in/out instructions were comprehensive and everything was as described. We can’t wait to book for another stay in the future.

The Host was available and friendly, the apartment felt cozy and welcoming from the first moment. Me and my partner felt like at home. The entrance felt private and the location was perfect, right outside a big park that if walked through takes you straight to the Hearth of Edinburgh. The location was perfect for us, everything we thought worth visiting in the city is within 30 minutes walk, which for us was perfect. The apartment has all the utensils and machinery needed and all functioning perfectly. We loved the apartment and would definitely be back if we will ever be back in Edinburgh.
