We booked this two hours before checking in on Easter Sunday. Deyan was so quick in responding, it was incredible, in the circumstances. Caravan is a great space for a family of four, well equipped and furnished and in a good spot that feels quiet given the size of the park. Lots for kids on site and the beach at seton sands is lovely. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Can’t speak highly enough about the communication from Deyan. Excellent experience.

The cottage is lovely with beautiful surroundings. The living room in particular is stunning. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Our eldest (11) loved the loft bedroom. Instructions from Liz were excellent and using what3words we found the cottage with no issues. The area is gorgeous and we saw lots of wildlife on the way which was great. The cottage is about an hour away from the centre of Edinburgh, so it’s ideal if you’re wanting to visit Edinburgh but stay away from the noise of a city. We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

Cuddies Mercat is a great flat and Kelso was lovely to explore. The warm weather helped of course! Everything in the flat was as described with a well appointed kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a large living room with dining table.

Our family of four spent 5 nights here, and from the arrival goodies, to the recommendations on where to go, to the great communications , the hosts were fab from start to finish! We loved the accommodation, it was so clean and in a beautiful peaceful spot. The hot tub was lovely and warm when we arrived and very welcome after a long drive. The lake was fantastic and probably the highlight of our week as the sun came out to play when we were there and it was so lovely having the boats to use. We also took our own paddleboard and the lake was just the right size for getting around on it. Only thing to note is that the house is quite far from the nearest supermarkets and towns and even the local pub needs to be driven to due to the lanes, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The hosts had recommended pre-ordering a food shop which we didn’t do, but would if we stayed again. I’ve already recommended it to a friend and would definitely stay again if we are in the Scottish Borders! Thank you!

No better location! Walking up to the apartment you’re greeted with a gorgeous view of the castle, so many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance - it was the perfect home base. The size of the space and amenities were ideal to enjoy the weekend with my friend. Gavin was also super responsive friendly and to all messages.

Amazing location, close to all the main attractions and plenty of places to eat/drink near by!

The place was great and surrounded with good restaurants and coffee shops. was the perfect place to stay as we went to the zoo and the buses were just round the corner. Definitely recommended for anyone staying in Edinburgh.

Gail’s apartment was beautiful. It was in a perfect place in town. Tucked away from the crowded streets but a very close to walk to everything. With many pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops around. The park right across the street was a nice place to watch all the dogs play. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. Gail was an amazing host that made us feel so welcomed and gave us recommendations on where to eat and some activities. I’d highly recommend booking Gail’s stay, if and when I visit Edinburgh again I’ll definitely be booking this again.
