My wife and I had a wonderful visit at this cottage! The cottage itself is great, and the property is fantastic. The hosts take good care of the property and it’s a great getaway. We will be back!

What made it extra special was our host — she was very responsive and truly amazing! She made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was smooth from start to finish. This was our second time staying at Jamie’s cottage and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It is such a beautiful location and the cottage is warm and cozy with the amazing fireplace. It was a perfect spot to watch all the snow fall gently out the big windows, looking out over the river. So peaceful! We ended up having to leave early and it made us all so sad, especially our kids, so we’ve already mentally made plans to go back next winter. Jamie was super communicative and we really just enjoyed our time so much.

My sister did a last min booking an hour before we arrived and Jess was super accommodating! everything was lovely and it was exactly what we needed for a little wellness getaway! we even extended our stay another night because we were soo relaxed and happy with the place and location! I highly reccomend staying here.

Daniel gave a thorough intro message of specifics the day of on top of what was already so clearly laid out. The property was beautiful with access to so many activity options. House is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the dock which had a great selection of furniture and sun/shade options. The beach is a close walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will likely be back to enjoy the space again!

Had a great experience! The place was spotless, and the lake view was absolutely beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the hot tub, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed one week at Kris’s cottage and it was just lovely. The cottage had everything we needed. The view was so peaceful and the sauna and hot tub were both what everyone needed. The location is quiet, yet not too secluded, making the overall experience very peaceful. The home was also very clean, functional, and had even more amenities than we were even expecting! Our family had an enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend at Carol's property. The cabin was cozy and charming, the bunkie was super cute and the deck and fire pit were amazing spots to hang out at. It's a short walk to the water and a convenience store/lcbo. Our only issue was that we didn't stay long enough!

We absolutely loved the cottage it was perfect for our week at the beach. The beach itself was just steps away and was absolutely beautiful with calm,clear water and friendly neighbours. There is a strong sense of community in the area. We really loved the outdoor shower which was a family favourite. We will defiantly come back to this cottage again and again if we can.

Our visit was for my 65th birthday and included 8 adults and 2 dogs. The home was clean and spacious with stunning views of the lake. The kitchen was perfect for our group and the large living room with a massive couch easily accommodated everyone. The hot-tub was very clean and we all loved the fire pit on those chilly evenings. Alex was easy to communicate with and we would definitely book this location again. We also loved that it was just under 2 hours from home.

We really loved our stay here. We have a 6 and 2 year old and this cottage was the perfect size for the 4 of us. I like that it’s all one level, and floors are a clean hardwood. The road in front of the cottage is so quiet and feels private. A great place to kick the ball around and jump in puddles. Hot tub and games room made this place extra special. Would love to come visit in the summer, and enjoy the beach type amenities that are just a short walk away.

10/5 stars. no way I could say enough about Ediz's place. Everything was explained in good detail. The place was spotless. The hot tub was perfect. Someone came around to clear the snow. The kitchen was well stocked and even had the amenities you need to cook a proper meal. No detail was overlooked. And our comfort was a priority. Our time there was peaceful and comfortable. Thank you so much Ediz. We hope to return!!

What a clean, cozy cottage - you feel a bit as though in a tree house with the tree tops filling the beautiful big windows. The fireplace was great during the rain and the canoe and fire pit fun when it stopped!

It was clean, well-heated, and offered the perfect escape after a day of exploring the area. Whether I was taking a morning dip or winding down in the evening, it truly enhanced the experience. The surrounding area was just as lovely—quiet, scenic, and full of charming spots to explore. Whether I was taking a walk around the cottage or venturing out to nearby attractions, there was always something new to enjoy. All in all, this cottage provided the perfect balance of relaxation, comfort, and adventure. It was a much-needed escape, and I left feeling refreshed!

Great place for staycation! Had the most memorable stay. Cottage is fully equipped for large groups. Lots of activities to do inside and outside.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The location is beautiful with so many options to explore - canoe, kayaks and paddleboards, and also relax - indoor sitting area with a great view, back deck, dock and fire pit. The cottage is incredibly clean and comfortable with everything you need (and then some) provided. Highly recommend booking this cottage!

Nous avons eu un séjour mémorable 😍 L’accès à l’eau est magique et surtout très agréable d’être tranquille . Un accès par l’arrière face à l’eau serait encore plus merveilleux et un bbq également pour pouvoir profiter au maximum de la vue magnifique. Je remercie James pour son accueil il est très sympathique et surtout le lieu a bcp d’histoire qui rend le séjour encore plus fantastique. La douche extérieur apporte un charme à l’endroit. Le seul petit bémol est l’eau qui est très faible et non potable. Merci encore et à une prochaine fois c’est certain 😍😍😍
