Situated in quiet residential suburb of Inverness approximately 3 miles from city centre (bus stop 100m) Property benefits from own front door which gives access to modern kitchen and open plan living area. Stairs lead to charming bedroom with comfy king size bed and stunning view (see picture) Shower room with large walk in shower and heated towel rail (towels provided). Welcome pack. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.

Guest suite is a small annexe , an independent part of our Family home . Self contained with it’s own private entrance it has a double bedroom with sitting area , en suite and a separate small kitchen with self catering facility consisting of microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and fridge. Tv, Wi Fi parking in the drive or free on street parking. Guests have exclusive use of suite. The property is well located in a quiet residential area 10 to 15 minute walk from City Centre.

Recently fully renovated it is bright with a contemporary style and some unique original features like stone mantled fireplaces. It is just five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and the theatre. Inverness is a small city with canal and river walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands.
