We had a wonderful 5 week stay with our gracious and equally wonderful hosts, Paul and Omi. This is an excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a very peaceful and well kept backyard garden space just out side the cottage which lends a magical air to the property. The cottage itself is small but very cozy and clean... and filled with an artist touch. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay! It is just like it looks in the pictures. While it is small it was perfect for our two-person vacation. Only about 30 minutes to a beach and very close to downtown Jacksonville. We were able to do just about everything you could've done in a full-size home. You are able to hear the family upstairs when they are home, so keep that in mind. There also is only a small stove, which can make cooking hard (but we made it work quite well). Also, the water pressure was not the greatest ever seen, but also not the worst, the shower was a good size so it made up for it. The place was clean overall, there were just some places that had some dirt/dust. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you just need somewhere to stay. Marcie was great at communicating with us, and even let us borrow her can opener. I would totally stay here again!

Great spot and an excellent host. I loved sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee and hanging with Molly the outdoor vacation kitty. Much appreciated, see you next time.

Really enjoyed my stay while in town for business. I would definitely stay here again. They even gave me a little bit of extra parking for my larger vehicle. A win all the way around. Great space.

My experience at Lily’s place matched the description. It was clean, quiet, and just what I needed for a weekend in JAX.

Such a peaceful, quiet location within walking distance of all the amazing restaurants and attractions. It was quiet at night, the birds were calming in the morning, and a nice short walk to the city center. Would definitely recommend for any couple looking to be close to the action but far enough away for some privacy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The space was quiet and very private, which made it feel like a true retreat. The room looked even better in person than it did in the photos. The room was clean, cozy, and well put together. It was such an enjoyable day overall, and I loved how easy it was to get to nearby stores and shopping spots. The location is super convenient but still feels tucked away. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and great access to the area.

It’s a peaceful oasis with views of the St. John’s River in the distance. Spotlessly clean with a very friendly & responsive host. The layout is a bit unusual, but there is plenty of space to relax. Great bird watching from the patio! We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted, a beautifully peaceful beach location. Instructions and communication clear. We left so very glad we came.

Jennifer is an awesome person, very friendly understanding very passionate of what she does as in keeping her Airbnb as awesome as she is. everything and anything you need in a kitchen she has it. close enough to walk to the beach if you like to walk or take a bike ride. it's so peaceful there I did not want to come back home.

The Petite was the best option I could have picked to stay at- It’s right across the street from Mayo, which made my stay way easier. Everything was pristine when we first got there, it had everything you could possibly need during your stay, and has a warm and cozy feeling to it that made me feel safe and at home during my stay. Also need to mention how Stuart and Elizabeth are the best hosts ever; so efficient and quick with their responses and always willing to help with everything needed. It was also great how all the instructions to the house were laid out in a binder, and it even had recommendations for restaurants, food delivery services and many other things that as a tourist, are really appreciated. Had the best time ever, and it definitely was the best choice for a stay in Jax.

It truly is a home away from home! Sara’s home had just about every thing you could think of down to a hair dryer lol Sara gave us a wonderful list of things to do & places to eat. Her home was perfect for the 3 of us and was very clean. I will surely return ❤️

This was our second time staying here! You can’t beat the location - short walk to the beach, charming Mexican restaurant across the street, lots of restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. We also brought our bikes and rode them everywhere. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed it even though it was end of March/early April. We had a great second stay!

Absolutely beautiful property! Was everything we could ask for, staying so close to the beach. Tons of space in the Airbnb for a couple, and was able to have such a nice relaxing weekend!! 10/10 would recommend again.

Yoe’s airbnb was SO clean, cute, and convenient. A lot of “extra’s” were available: toothbrush, toothpaste, nail brush, bathroom hand soap, and liquid soap, etc. It was nicely decorated. the kitchenette was small, but had everything we needed. The next time I am in Jacksonville, I would love to stay in Yoe’s Airbnb!

Loved it! Dima is such a warm and hospitable host. She made me feel right at home. The cottage is wonderful. It is located on a quiet, peaceful property. I really enjoyed my stay. I originally booked it for three months but due to some health issues, I had to cut my visit short. Dima was so kind and worked with me throughout the entire process.
