Modernist Studio in the Scottish Highlands

This distinctive building, renovated both inside and out, started life as a primary school in 1966 and its modernist design is unique for the area. You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. The studio is self contained and well equipped with a small but functional kitchen with high quality kitchen and tableware. The Japanese inspired bathroom has been designed to spend time and relax in with a large rain shower and deep bath.

House boasts of a real wood burning stove with wood supplied, oil fired radiators, plenty of hot water, two gardens - front and back - to enjoy the sun with seating.

Our pod is a unique independent living space that provides our guests with spectacular views of not only Ben Nevis but some of our surrounding mountain ranges. Nestled in our property, the pod has been specifically designed to provide a warm, cosy and comfortable stay. Ideally situated; a 5 minute drive from Fort William town centre and a 10 minute walk from the train and bus station. Entrance to the pod is gained independently and so guests can have as much privacy as they wish.

Set in the heart of Fort William, in the quiet but central village of Inverlochy. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station, bus station and town centre. It is a 5 minute walk to the historical site of Inverlochy Castle. The house boasts spectacular views of Ben Nevis, Glen Nevis and the Jacobite Railway track. There is free on the street parking. There is a take-away and bike hire shop in the village of Inverlochy. Supermarkets M&S,Aldi are only a short walk from the house .

From mountain biking to skiing, white-water rafting, and more leisurely pursuits like golf & fishing, there’s plenty to choose from.
