Superb access into the entire Bennachie Forest with walking and biking tracks immediately across road. Fantastic views of Mither Tap. Bring your dog and enjoy the walks and hills from the cottage door. Close to a number of Aberdeenshire's wedding venues.

The Lodge at Woodend

A lovely detached house, with two bedrooms (bedroom 2 has a super-king bed or 2 single beds), bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining area and lounge with wood burning stove. Situated in Aberdeenshire, ideally located for exploring the castles, hill-walking and the many amenities that Kemnay has to offer. The Lodge has an elevated view of the local countryside, quiet with lots of wildlife, but only a 5 minute walk to excellent local restaurants and a great pub with beer garden. AS 00998F

Farm stay at Ewe View, Aberdeenshire

Take it easy at this unique and tastefully decorated getaway on a working farm in Aberdeenshire. Located just 20 minutes drive from Aberdeen International Airport it is a highly accessible countryside location with local amenities and beautiful attractions. Explore the local area and see the seals at Newburgh beach just 2.5 miles away with adjoining golf course. On the farm there are cattle, sheep and arable crops. The grass fields surrounding Ewe View often are home to the cattle and sheep.

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Tennis court available.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Welcome to our lodge in Royal Deeside. It’s a quiet, private spot where we’re lucky to be surrounded by nature and vast, open views of the mountains. The lodge is a lovely place to slow down—whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, curling up by the wood-burning stove, or enjoying the hills. Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.

The East Wing, Craigdam

Welcome to our secluded stay between Tarves and Oldmeldrum. Cosy room with plenty of outside space to enjoy. the room has tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini fridge. Also provided is continental breakfast. Although this is listed as a private room as it is part of our home, it is separate from the rest of the house with its own bathroom and front door.
