Our stay at Villa Mar has been amazing! The home is beautiful. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect near the beach. Definitely will be returning.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Sonata’s condo was beautiful, welcoming, and exactly as described in the description. Above all, her condo is pristine, which makes staying in someone else’s home comforting! She was extremely accommodating and responsive! I can’t say enough good things about both Sonata and her condo!

We enjoyed 6 days here and were so sad to come home. We didn’t want to stay downtown in fort Myers beach area and wanted something a little more quiet, this place was perfect. It’s situated in a great location, 15 min from fort myers beach and 10 min from Bonita springs if you want to get out and explore. Also right next to lovers key state park which was a must see. The condo was just as described and the views were amazing, we saw dolphins almost every morning while eating breakfast, it was magical! Very spacious bathroom and kitchen area. Bonus points came with beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to worry about renting at the beach. We would definitely come back to this rental!

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

Amy’s place was super clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the marina and loved to listen to the live music from Cass Cay restaurant. We were thrilled to find beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella and even a yoga mat! It was a great stay overall. Thank you Amy!

Great 3 weeks in Fort Myers. Fabian’s place was awesome and exactly as advertised. Excellent location. Close to everything we were interested in. The few times we had questions, Fabian responded promptly.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

We really loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It’s good sized and had everything we need for our stay, including a travel crib and feeding chair for our baby. Highly recommend staying here and it’s a really great choice if you are reveling with a baby.

The house was so clean and very spacious. There was enough of bedding and towels. The backyard is amazing and the host was very descriptive with the rules to follow.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, and Maria was incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to provide us with a second pack-and-play, which we really appreciated. She also allowed us to check in early since we had young children and an early flight—such a thoughtful gesture! This Airbnb is very kid-friendly, with plenty of toys and a much-appreciated pool gate for safety. The neighborhood is walkable, making it easy to explore. Jack’s space was great for our group! Exceptionally clean and spacious. The view of the pool and canal are beautiful. Stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels, beach accessories & fun stuff to do (ping pong table, corn hole, games). Kitchen has tons of nice plates, glasses, pots/pans & cutlery/utensils. The kitchen did not have any food beyond cooking essentials such as oil, salt/pepper and a couple spices. You will need to bring all your toiletries as soap, shampoo/conditioner are not provided. The master bathroom is lovely and huge! The other bathroom could use a toilet tune up as the seat is loose. We never did figure out how to heat the spa tub which was unfortunate but perhaps user error. The home itself was very nice but we wish we could have transplanted it a bit closer to the nicer restaurants and marina areas- that would have made the entire experience perfect for our group. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great option!

We had a wonderful time in St. James City! The pictures on the listing did not do the interior justice - we thought it might be a bit dark inside but it was bright and airy inside and bigger than we thought! It was clean, bright, not cluttered at all and the amenities were as described. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds and linens were very nice (firm). The surrounding area was very quiet, we had numerous, pleasant interactions with the neighbors with offers to go boating and kayaking and advice on fishing spots and we got plenty of visits with the manatees that we passing through. We used the kayaks quite a bit as well as the fishing poles. We would definitely come back; great experience overall.

Paul was a great host, very welcoming and accommodating. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the backyard was the perfect combination of sun and shade needed for relaxing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

This was one of the best stays ever. Such a beautiful home with everything you need. The club house was an extra perk. This allowed us the privacy of Rajeev’s house with private pool & the club house that gives you a resort feeling. We are already planning another visit. Sally & Carm - Toronto

Great place! So many little added amenities. Pool toys, fishing poles, camp chairs, etc. There was some unexpected construction next store, but the host addressed it right away! Our kids loved the quick trip to the water park just down the road!
