Great stay, beautiful place. Nice to have pool/hot tub area. We went in what I would say was the 'off season' so not a lot of busy at the lake. Clear Lake downtown area had some good bars/restaurants.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed long-term for work and we had no issues at all. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated nicely and is in a great location! Heidi truly went above and beyond for us! She is such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this townhome! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Iowa. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and the townhouse. Thank you for everything Heidi! You are amazing!

Back for class reunion, very nostalgic and nice to see how Clear Lake is progressing!! Would definitely use this place again, even in winter because everything is so handy!

We had a wonderful stay at Janie’s condo in Okoboji with our 3 kids. Great view of the water, easy access on ground floor, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and has everything you need! The kids enjoyed using the Spike Ball game outside. The fire table outside is a nice plus for chillier days. Highly recommend choosing Janie’s condo!

Ada's Guesthouse was just gorgeous!! Such a beautiful home!! Centrally located and easy to go to and from the lake, BVU and restaurants! We enjoyed our stay and hope to make it back!!

This is a beautiful place! It works great for families. The grandkids enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach and running around the backyard. The firepit was perfect! Everyone enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making smores. We got to see wildlife - squirrels, cranes, geese, ducks, raccoons and a very friendly cat that came to sit by the deck door which all of the kids enjoyed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with the family for a getaway weekend! Each of them said what a nice place it was and so roomy. I even had a granddaughter ask this morning if we could go back to the "lake house". Thank you for sharing it with us!

Charming, clean updated home with everything you need! This home is comfortable and has great private views of the river. Host was exceptional.

We were here for a “Girls’ Weekend” and it was perfect! Plenty of room for us. Super comfy. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Many “extras” such as throw blankets, room diffuser, tea assortment, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Beautiful space and easy driving to local shops and restaurants. Maybe a bit pricey, but well-appointed; spacious, clean, comfortable and sweet “home away from home”! Thank you, Michelle!!

This place was beautiful! We could’ve used a few more things in the kitchen like large bowls for prepping food. We had a great time, it was convenient and fit our family perfectly!

Cozy space and the neighborhood is quiet. Only 10 minutes from downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our family of small children and adults. Everything was fresh, modern and clean and conveniently located near everything we were wanting and walkable. The private pool was wonderful for small children and adults. Jayme was quick to respond to a few questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be booking again as our family comes every year to Okoboji.

We had so much fun staying here! Loved that we could walk to the water park, Bracco’s, and the Waterfront. Is also only a couple minute drive to shopping, Arnold’s amusement park, and other restaurants/bars. Condo was very roomy and was super cute!! Beds are extremely comfortable! We loved that we could sit out on the deck at night and hear the bands that would play across the lake. Highly recommend this condo and has been one of the best that we have stayed at throughout the years!
