The spa inspired bathroom has numerous amenities included.

East Village is a vibrant neighborhood with shopping, great restaurants, entertainment and festivals! We are only a few blocks from the Des Moines trail system. Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Step back in time in The Harvester, an airy and bright second-floor loft honoring William Deering and the Deering Harvester Company, which operated out of the first floor in the early 1900s. Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

Please note: this is an older urban building with character, multiple stairs, no elevator, and some city noise. Fans, sound machines, blackout curtains, and earplugs are provided.

Enjoy an exclusive view of the River, the FM Train Depot and Old Fort Madison from this 2nd floor true-studio apt. No cleaning fee for repeat and 5 star guests! The space has modern décor and all of the comforts of home. Railfans will enjoy the trains and river fans will enjoy the unique east-west river movement. There will be train sounds! Iron Horse restaurant for lunch or supper along with our friendly Mexican restaurant and The Porch coffee shop, and several more all within walking distance. Charming 1 bedroom Loft

This historic, 700 square foot loft, is located on the square above the Garrison House, in Clarinda IA. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space features 14 foot ceilings, oversized windows, and exposed brick. Booking your stay at the loft includes FREE Breakfast or Lunch for up to 2 people per day Monday-Saturday from 6am-2pm at the Garrison. Guests can walk downstairs to the Garrison or call and have it delivered. The menu can be found online.

You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, Grin-City Bakery, grocery stores and many restaurants.
