1st time airbnb user here. wasn't sure what to expect, but this experience sets a very high bar for future rentals! clear instructions and frequent check-ins from the host made our trip very relaxing and hassle-free. the property was as described and we had no problems during our stay. the pool and hot tub ended up being family favorites. the neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. the house is near everything you could need including grocery stores, wal-mart, shopping malls and centers, restaurants and parks. it's also close to major freeways which makes day trips and sightseeing easy to navigate.

This was one of my top AirBnB experiences! I took my family and my in laws to this spot to be close to the Greek Theatre for a concert, but it was such a treat in and of itself! We were super close to great food and a nice part of town, and were less than twenty miles to everything we wanted to see. Took a hike to the Hollywood sign, checked out the Getty Center, and enjoyed the LA scene. We’re from SD, so it was so nice to find a private, lovely part of our sister city. Norvell was an incredible host, very responsive and friendly whenever we had questions. He even left us a gift at check-in! All of the amenities and rooms were as described on the listing, and it was money well spent. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice weekend in LA!

amazing hosts, very responsive, even late at night. they were always friendly and helpful for all our inquiries. lots of fun amenities make this its own cool hangout. Huge tvs in each room, all castable, and lots of comfy seating, not to mention the hot tub and game room. also huge area for parking with the security of a gate.

Ruby’s place was one of the best Airbnbs my friends and I have stayed at. Clean and neat house. Quiet neighborhood. Overall great stay. Ruby was also very quick to respond and send me any details I needed which I really appreciated. Will definitely come here again next time.

We had a great stay! The house was super spacious — perfect for our large group. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Brooks was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating, even kindly allowing us a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely 1920s home, hosts were very friendly and responsive. We didn’t use the pool but it was attractive. Likewise, we didn’t cook but the kitchen was well-stocked. Great location, close to the village and 5 min from the colleges.

We needed a temporary place to stay while our house was going through mitigation for a flood. This was super close to our house and made us feel right at home. Her decorations are beautiful and the space feels comfortable - like a home away from home. Farkondeh was such an accommodating host and so quick to respond to all messages!

House was super clean and well maintained! It was a gorgeous house my family and I had a blast in the pool and spa. Game room was fun. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here to all my friends and family and would definitely stay again myself. Thank you for having my family and I as guests!!

My guests and I had a wonderful time at Paula's property. The house was immaculate and Paula was so kind to leave snacks and a welcome card. The house had everything we needed and the layout was wonderful for the amount of guest we had. My favorite part was the peaceful and serene backyard and of course the relaxing hot tub. Paula was so quick to respond and even let us check in early. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Paula!

Very quiet neighborhood and great mountain view. The room is private and clean. The host is kind and responsive. The only thing is that the mattress and pillows are tooooo soft. Other than that, it’s perfect.
