muy buen alojamiento, solo que en la puerta de la entrada había un nido de hormigas pero de ahí en fuera.. todo estuvo muy bien y la anfitriona estuvo muy al pendiente de la estancia.

Tiene una ubicación excelente, fácil acceso a la playa y muy cerca de la parada del bus hacia la zona de antros y otras playas. Encontramos el lugar limpio y las instrucciones de Ronen fueron muy claras al llegar, volvería sin duda

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alana's listing. The condo is clutter-free and well-maintained. Right next to the building, there’s a fantastic vegan restaurant that attracts an international crowd, as well as the Cancún Music Institute, adding a vibrant cultural touch to the area. Just half a mile away, you'll find Nader Street, a lively spot with outstanding authentic restaurants and salsa clubs—perfect for food lovers and nightlife enthusiasts. The condo itself has great air conditioning and a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay, though there’s no TV. But who comes to Cancún to watch TV anyway? I’m sure future guests will appreciate their time at this wonderful condo. Thanks, Alana, and much love to the amazing people of Mexico!

Excelente alojamiento!! Súper recomendado, está todo muy limpio, el agua caliente nunca falta ya ubicación está muy buena.

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

L’appartement est fidèle aux photos, très confortable, agréable, bien décoré, calme. La seule remarque, serait le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine: davantage de casseroles et autres ustensiles serait souhaitable. Bien situé, mais il faut savoir qu’il faudra se déplacer en Uber (ou autres) pour circuler.

La amada siempre es un lugar seguro para descansar , el alojamiento súper cómodo , todo muy limpio

Norma es una excelente anfitriona, siempre atenta a mis consulta, nos recomendó lugares para comer, supermercados y vías de transporte. También nos solucionaron un problema técnico muy rápido. El condominio donde se encuentra el departamento es super tranquilo, familiar y tiene un acceso fácil a la playa, la cual es muy linda, limpia y tranquila. Todo fue excelente, supero mis expectativas.

We really loved the location. We spent a lot of time on the waterfront patio. It has lovely flowers and palm trees surrounding it. The location is amazing for a few reasons. It has great restaurants near by. It is out of the noisy and busy town, but only took us 10 minutes to walk to town and 15 minutes to the famous north beach. Or you can take a cab fir 100 peso. The kitchen is well stocked with enough for two. It has lots of utensils and pots and pans. We used the supplied kayaks one of the days. We ate on the patio but there is a small table inside. We really enjoys the dog that shared the patio. The patio faces North and gets amazing sunsets. From the assessable roof you can see the sunrise and the ocean to the east. He was very quiet and sweet. There is a pharmacy and mini mart just steps away. A big grocery store is 20 minute walk south or a 100 peso cab ride.

Great place in a great location stayed for 3 weeks awesome host very clean totally accurate to the pictures would for sure reccomended to any one!

Muy bonito alojamiento, bien equipado y con todas las comodidades para sentirte como en casa. Concuerda totalmente con la descripción y las fotos compartidas. Cama super cómoda para tener un descanso óptimo. Los anfitriones excelentes, siempre pendientes de nuestras inquietudes. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocas calles de restaurantes y transporte público y si llevas auto puedes dejarlo dentro de las instalaciones.

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

A Alba respondia muito rápido todas as mensagens e muito atenciosa! O local quando abrimos estava até com cheirinho de produto de limpeza, super limpo!! O local é bem tranquilo e sem barulho.

It’s located in downtown Cancun, so it’s close to everything The bus stop is very closeby as well, which goes to the hotel zone The Walmart Supercenter also isn’t too far as well, which I where I bought most of my groceries Overall, it’s a good place to stay

Ein tolles Appartement in einer ruhigen schönen Gegend von Cancún. Das Auto kann man direkt ohne Probleme vor der Tür stehen lassen. Man ist in der Nähe von allen untouristischen und sehr leckeren mexikanischen Restaurants. Das Appartement ist toll und perfekt zum Wohnen, es gibt alles, was braucht! Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist toll. Die Kommunikation mit Leonard war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 💯 Weiterempfehlung! Danke!!
