A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

supero mis expectativas, un sitio acogedor con todas las comodidades, incluso muchas mas de las que esperaba, como elementos para ir a la playa (sillas, sombrillas y hielera), los anfitriones son geniales, te hacen sentir como si fueran tu propia familia, un sitio 1000% recomendado, si algún día regreso a ese paraíso de seguro me alojare en este mismo sitio.

I absolutely loved this place and it will be my go to anytime I visit Mexico.. 10/10 HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMEND you will not be disappointed… we took a uber for party area and it was about $10… this location is perfect.. we felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood.. The cleaning lady was super sweet .. I was running ahead of time and didn’t realize it was early check in she allowed us to drop our bags off as she finished and we were able to get our adventure started.. I greatly appreciated that.. ** be sure to tip her hard work** I didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi but I did sleep outside on the deck … it was pretty cool and relaxing… thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your home and I’ll see you again soon….. BOOOOOKKKKKK IT NOWWWWW

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce logement et il était impeccable. Les photos sont fidèles à la description de la maison. La piscine est plus grande que ce que l’on peut penser et dispose de toilette et douche extérieure ce qui est très pratique. Gladys a été une hôte en or, très réactive et amicale. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour des vacances à Cancún !!

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

I have stayed at different airbnb places while travelling but the best kind and so friendly host . Would definitely come back and thank you so much again for the accommodation ,for the last minute stroller help and you were amazing

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

The apartment was very clean and I guess new . Also, kitchen was very useful. The people around and the host was nice and helpful. The only downside is there is a restaurant just across the street and it is very loud at the evenings, someone sensitive with sound may feel uncomfortable. Other than that everything was nice. L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Un peu excentré du centre, mais les taxis et Uber sont facilement disponibles. Plusieurs commerces de proximité et le quartier est très sécurisé. On se sent vraiment en sécurité. La piscine est juste à côté du logement. Le logement était propre et climatisé, avec tout ce qu’il faut à disposition. Le seul petit bémol, c’est le pommeau de douche. L’eau sort un peu faiblement, ce qui est un peu gênant. Mais à part ça, tout est parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours ou même quelques semaines. Adrian est vraiment à l’écoute et répond à toutes les questions.

Alejandra and her assistant Carmen were wonderful people. The Apartment we were in was well taken care of. We especially liked that they were nearby and we always felt safe, cared for and looked after. My Fiancé and I liked trying out restaurants and we love to cook. Because we were there for 2 weeks we were able to make good use of the kitchen which was very nicely stocked with cookware, plates, a good sized fridge with freezer, and a stove with an oven. We loved going to the markets to select fresh products to make delicious gourmet meals. We enjoyed the balcony for reading, playing dominos or just watching the world from this spot as the views were great. There was always plenty of hot water for showers. As noted, the location is very convenient to everything in Centro. The adage about treating a person's property (and Isla Mujeres in general) like we were guests and to give the owner respect really worked out to our having an exceptionally fun and enjoyable time. This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

Can’t thank Blanca and Ola enough for allowing us to stay at their home. It is a beautiful location and is exactly as it is shown in the listing. The views and the pool are incredible. They lined up the transportation and ferry ride to get there from the airport. That took so much worry about the travel day away. The other concern was how to get around. They helped with renting a golf cart which we recommend for a few days. Taxis were always available right outside the condo. Look forward to our next trip there.

Absolutely fantastic place, this is our 4th trip to Isla and this is by far the best accommodation. Everything was as described and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Already planning our next trip and will def stay here again

Hola toda la estancia estuvo muy bien, estaba limpio solo hubo un detalle en unos de los baños te bañabas y el agua se salía de la regadera lo cual ocasionaba que que el piso del baño quedara todo mojado

The house was very clean and looked like the photos. Water was provided which was nice and the neighborhood had security which made us feel safer. Also, the surrounding area was safe. We were able to walk around at night.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location, just steps from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and souvenir shops. We especially loved the food at the villas restaurant. Claudia was fantastic, always available, responsive, and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to other families looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Es un alojamiento hermoso, cómodo y muy limpio. Sin duda, mi familia y yo regresaríamos.
