Fantástico apartamento en sexta planta ideal para 2 adultos y 2 niños con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia en la playa. Lo mejor la terraza y sus vistas. Urbanización bien ubicada con buena piscina y aparcamiento. Menaje y electrodomésticos en su punto.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

L'appartamento è cosi come viene descritto. La zona è ottima perchè si può raggiungere tante spiagge. Noi siamo arrivati tardi e i loro genitori ci hanno dato le chiavi. Sono gentilissimi. Raccomando questo appartamento. Per fare la spesa hai Mercadona, Lidl e Aldi e 2 negozi dei cinesi se vi manca qualcosa per la spiaggia.

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Apartment was lovely and clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. Kids asked if we could go back again at the very start of the trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Mari Carmen es muy amable y atenta desde el mometo en que realizas la reserva. El apartamento es muy cómo , ubicacado en una zona tranquila, está impecable y cuenta con todos los accesorios de cocina. Gran detalle el dejarnos pastas, leche y café para el desayuno. Repetiremos sin dudarlo

Lovely place to stay, close to fabulous beaches and great restaurants. Francisco is a wonderful host, made us feel very welcome and added those little touches to make you feel at home. Highly recommend this place to stay - has everything you need plus more!! Will not hesitate to come back.

Todo como en el anuncio. La piscina muy bonita. Tenía aire 3 aires acondicionados. Lo único por poner algo es que las almohadas y los colchones eran un poco incómodos. El sofá cama es muy justo para que duerman dos personas. Por lo demás todo genial. Para repetir.

The apartment is stunning.The beds were extremely comfortable. The showers were powerful and hot. The kitchen equipment including pans knives etc were all top quality. There was toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing powder for the first few days. Plenty of towels and extra linen. We had a six week stay and would love to return. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We are returning guests. First because of the host, clean, cooking cleaning equipment clean and available. Pool in the back yard , beautiful maintenance, no need for sunbed at the beach. Nightlife just 7minutes walk. Great restaurants, shops . we really enjoy our holidays with Javi, cleanness privacy quite friendly neighbours. Thank you for making my holiday every time. I hope to spend more time at Javi's place

Kanonboende med fantastisk takterrass. Rent och fint med ett par bra restauranger utanför dörren och stranden 5 min promenad bort.

De kamer van Peter is klein maar zeker voldoende als je op zoek bent naar enkel een slaapplaats. Er is een kleine koelkast, een waterkoker, toaster en microgolfoven aanwezig. Ook vind je een dekbed in de kasten indien nodig. Er is eveneens airco. Het is een erg rustige en mooie buurt. Peter is een vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Hij stoort ook niet als het niet nodig is. Je hebt dus zeker je privacy. Peter reageert ook erg snel op berichten. Ik was erg tevreden van mijn verblijf.

Prima verblijf, schoon en comfortabel. Gerrit reageert snel en adequaat op vragen. Veel supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand. Goede bedden.

Очень современное жилье, просторное ,с шикарной терассой которая очень хорошо обставлена мебелью,есть матрасы на любой вкус,столы,и маркизы от солнца.Вся квартира очень хорошо о декорирована, всё в спокойном тоне и очень красиво.Есть всё необходимое.Очень заботливая хозяйка.Отдельное спасибо Shaun y и его сыну ,дождались нас и всё хорошо рассказали. Мы обязательно вернёмся!

Davinia ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war der Hammer. Man hat nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Für alles andere benötigt man ein Auto. Ich hatte herzliche 4 Wochen und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and decorated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. The position of the apartment gave a lovely view of the pool and gardens. We thought that the apartment was ideally located for the supermarket and the shopping centre is literally across the road. This caters to all needs, relaxation and retail therapy. A car is advisable if you wish to go farther afield. If I may make one small suggestion, the shower trays can be very slippery when in use, so maybe add shower mats to the bathrooms. All that being said we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future guests and also returning ourselves at some point in the future. Very enjoyable stay.

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

Nos hizo fácil nuestra estancia en Águilas con mascota y un bebé de casi 3 meses. Reunía todo lo necesario. Ubicación tranquila para poder descansar y a minutos en coche de Águilas , con todo lo Necesario para una familia y no tener que estar todo el día comiendo fuera, además de contar con una piscina comunitaria que te permite disfrutar de un baño de forma cómoda .

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable. On était toujours très heureuse de rentrer le soir dans l'appartement de Juan Francisco après une journée pleine d'activité pour se reposer et se recharger. On a bien profité de la jacuzzi et de la calme dans cet appartement moderne et apaisant. De plus, on savait que Juan Francisco étais toujours bien présent, au cas où on avait un besoin. On est très heureuse d'avoir passer une semaine à la Manga et nous avons déjà de la nostalgie pour ces vacances sublimes. Merci à Juan Francisco😊
