At a cool 1,300' elevation, temperatures are mild all year. Our huge outdoor, covered lanai (deck) offers a stunning panoramic 180 degree view.

We live upstairs with our kids (ages 11 & 14). You may hear footsteps, laughter, music (piano and ukulele). The unit is well insulated, but not completely soundproof.
