Giuseppe’s villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very spacious. The variety of outdoor seating areas were lovely for enjoying the sun at different periods of the day. The pool was superb, beautiful and clean. The villa is 10 minutes drive from Syracuse and Ortigia, which have a huge variety of delicious restaurants and bars. The streets are beautiful to explore, especially in the evenings. The only downside to the villa was the area. Unfortunately, there are no pavements so walking anywhere is unsafe. Therefore, hiring a car is necessary. There is a bus, but it only passes 4 x daily. There are local restaurants to visit, but driving is required due to the roads, and at our time of visiting it was unclear whether these were open or not. Despite this, I would happily visit Giuseppe’s villa again without a doubt. Thank you for having us.

Alessandro und Valentina sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir reisten mit unserer kleinen Tochter Paula an (1< Jahr) und Alessandro hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Paula hat super geschlafen. Ein Babybett mit höhenverstellbaren Seiten, sodass man quasi ein Familienbett hat, einen Brei-Zubereiter, Mixer, Spielzeug, extra Decken zum Krabbeln - ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung im EG liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, man kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We enjoyed a great few days at the end of our holiday in Sicily. Maria was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und grossen Villa von Francesco sehr genossen. Sowohl die Villa, wie auch der phantastische Pool waren blitzsauber. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und angenehm und die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Villa ist somit sehr zu empfehlen!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Loved our 10 day stay here! The apartment was so peaceful and comfortable. Everything was spotless and was thoroughly cleaned again during our stay. Alberto and his team were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The kids loved the beautiful gardens and the pool (although a bit cold in April!). You do need a car….there is not a local food shop so you need to drive about 10-15 mins into syracuse. Not many of the local restaurants were open in April as it was off season, but we went into Ortigia which is a gorgeous town. Noto is also an easy 30 min drive and a stunning town for a day trip. All in all I couldn’t think of anything bad to say! Thank you

Ett stort & härligt hus med fantastiskt kök, hög standard, underbar trädgård, utomhuskök & många lounge-/umgängesytor. Poolen var 26 grader, djup på sina ställen & magisk! Ett perfekt hus att hyra om man vill umgås (framförallt utomhus) & laga mat. Det är ca 1 km till närmaste supermarket och den affären är av den mindre sorten. Vill man handla mer eller köpa cigaretter måste man gå c:a 2,5 km från huset. Tågstationen vi spanat in verkade vara stängd (vi hittade inga avgångar) & bussarna in till Siracusa tog en bra stund så ett tips är att hyra bil. Vi hade även lite problem med att förstå sophanteringen men hittade en sopkalender efter att ha frågat i appens chatt. Att tända/släcka belysningen i trädgården var klurigt då instruktionerna var på tyska & italienska. Förslag till förbättring: nyttja delen på takterrassen (underbart att se solnedgången därifrån), cyklar att låna då affärer & restauranger ligger en bit bort, små bord vid solsängarna & nya vinöppnare (de var trasiga :).

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Rock garden is beautiful, peaceful and had the most amazing view. It was perfect for our family, including our toddler. Beautiful beaches in walking distance and great local restaurants a moments drive away. The team were kind, responsive and very accommodating. Thank you.

We hebben hier een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het huis was modern, fris, zonnig, luchtig en licht. We hebben elke dag heerlijk ontbeten op het terras in de tuin! De hosts waren heel vriendelijk, enthousiast en reageerden snel. We kregen daarbij goede tips voor de omgeving en handige uitrusting voor het strand (zoals parasols) Ook was de aankomst- en vertrektijd flexibel wat heel fijn was. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk om de omgeving te ontdekken en om goed boodschappen te kunnen doen. De auto konden we voor het huis parkeren, dit was ideaal. Oftewel een dikke aanrader om hier te verblijven!

This apartment was everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay in Ortigia. I can’t imagine a better location on the island. We were there on New Year’s Eve and the front door to the building was mere beyond where the authorities were holding people back for bag checks. Minutes before midnight, we breezed right into the Piazza del Duomo for the festivities

Great location, very clean and spacious. Brilliant king size bed - very comfortable. The stair case is a bit steep for us. Parking in the street was impossible for us to find and this ended up on the very safe, but expensive parking lot which is a few blocks away, very convenient though. Lots of eateries for breakfast, lunch and dinner very near in the neighborhood- you don’t always need to cross over to Ortigia. A nice stay!

Look no further! This is the absolute best accommodation in all of Siracusa/Ortigia, and perhaps all of Sicily. I have stayed in many AirBnBs over the years, and I generally give good reviews, but Marco and Stefania's home is incomparable to any other place I've stayed. From the amazing location, pristine cleanliness, modern decoration, spacious interior, and, most of all, the most informative, responsive, proactive, hospitality by Marco, I can't ever imagine another another accommodation beating La Sapurita. We felt at home the moment we walked in. This is the gold standard in AirBnB hosting!

Attentive host who greeted us at the property personally and remained at our disposal throughout our stay. Lovely home, very comfortable throughout with a well considered roof terrace which maximised the space and made it the perfect spot for early morning coffees and sundowners alike.

el apartamento está en una zona tranquila a 1 km del centro turistico de Ortigia. es un departamento q de afuera es viejo pero cuando entras es super moderno, agradable, muy bonito Francesca estuvo siempre pendiente y sus instrucciones fueron clarisimas !!

Très bien accueilli, sur des horaires flexibles, dans une petite impasse sécurisée, nous avons profité d'un beau logement bien équipé avec des petites attentions très agréables. Immergés dans le quotidien des italiens, nous étions aussi proche de l'activité touristique d'Ortigia. Vraiment, un séjour très agréable qui nous invite à revenir. Un grand merci à Maria.

Syracuse is a fascinating city and the apartment is within walking distance to most of the attractions. We mainly communicated with Elena who was helpful and responsive. The apartment is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Being just outside the historic city is convenient for parking and there are some great local restaurants which are less costly than those within the centre.

We enjoyed the stay in the apartment. It was quite, clean and you have everything you need. We directly felt home and it was beautiful to open the window and see the sun and the pool.

Excellente expérience ! Super maison dans un environnement paisible, à 200 mètres de la mer (baignade difficile ici), calme absolu. A 3 minutes en voiture, plage de Fontane Bianche, l'eau est bleue turquoise. Antonio est très accueillant, adorable et toujours à l'écoute. 3 chambres : rare et parfait pour notre famille (3 enfants). Beau jardin et une belle terrasse couverte. Voiture indispensable.

Localisation exceptionnelle pour visiter l’île d’Ortigia et ses beautés. Appartement très confortable et c’est un plaisir d’entendre les oiseaux au réveil.

La maison de vacances parfait avec des enfants au bord de la plage pour se détendre et profiter. L’extérieur était très grand pour jouer et manger ou lire un livre. La plage très proche a pied et confortable. Un petit supermarché à coté pour dépanner. Plain de jouets et livres pour notre fils. La maison très bien équipé pour cuisiner et avec des affaires de plage. En résumé, très recommandable! Et la météo fin avril / début mai nous a bien accompagné avec plain de fleurs sur les chemins et de bonnes température pour se baigner dans la mer

¡Estancia perfecta en Siracusa! Nos alojamos en el apartamento de Simone y fue una excelente elección. La ubicación en Piazza Santa Lucía es muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a Ortygia en solo 10 minutos. Además, el estacionamiento fue sencillo, algo que se agradece mucho en la zona. El apartamento es cómodo y bien equipado. Destacamos la calefacción eficiente, ideal para los días fríos, y la lavadora, que funcionó perfectamente. Simone fue un anfitrión atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento y volveríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Gracias, Simone!.

Dario fue un estupendo anfitrión. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La casa está en el corazón de Ortigia. Una zona estupenda. El alojamiento es pequeño y acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para una permanencia agradable.

Our family of five had a wonderful time staying the Costanza’s Villa this June. Valeria & George were very warm and helpful on checkin and quick to reply to any questions along the way. The house and grounds are gorgeous, in fact the photos do not do it justice! The pool was a nice size, sparkling clean, and the perfect temperature. The villa is a 5 min drive from the beach, and 15 from Syracuse, and because of its location has a refreshing breeze. Highly recommend and we will book again next time we visit Sicily!
