We stayed here over spring break 2025- and it was very fun. It has such close proximity to John Pennekamp State Park.. so if you are an avid snorkeler, this is the place for you. My kids loved the pool, and went for night swims every night. It's very safe, and the neighborhood can be a little loud at night, but if you close the windows it's so peaceful. We weren't here often ( out doing adventures on the Florida Keys) but it was a nice place to come back to after a long day. The hammocks are very very nice and the marina has a gorgeous view. We really enjoyed our time at Paradise Casa. A great spot to get to Pennekamp quickly and enjoy each sunset right outside the RV. The inside was well laid out and our family of 5 was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and user friendly. We spent a lot of time outdoors looking over the water, listening to the palm fronds sway in the breeze and relaxing. Just know that the empty lot next door does become the local fishing spot. Overall the stay was wonderful

7 of us got together to celebrate our brother getting married, and it was super relaxing and chill. A lot of oceanic adventures and things to do in the area, plus the resort amenities was nice bonuses to enjoy, which is all exactly what he wanted. We had a swell time, and everyone was friendly in the area too. Host was communicative and everything went smoothly for us. Thank you!

Beautiful home in a great, safe location. Accomodated our 8 guests well! Nikki was super responsive and communicative and willing to work with us on an issue with the pool caused by prior guests, so really appreciated that. Would stay again!

We stayed 5 weeks and were very satisfied with the lodging. Kate has a great custodian, Everett, who stopped by regularly to make sure we always had all the necessary supplies as we were staying longer than most guests. The pool is great and 2 parks and the beach are very close by. Nice, quiet neighborhood and supermarket and pharmacy are within short walking distance. Ten minute drive to downtown and Las Olas area. If you are planning a visit to Fort Lauderdale this is a great place to stay.

The pictures does not do this house justice. We use this house for my friends bachelorette party and she absolutely loved it. The decor the backyard with the pool and the games. It was absolutely amazing. We were there for three nights. Any time I messaged the owner or whoever I was in communication with, they were absolutely responsive within seconds. It was about a 30 to 45 minute drive from Ocean Drive where most of our activities were taking place for my friends batch overall great experience would definitely recommend definitely stay at this location again. Location is convenient near Walmart, Starbucks dollar store, maybe a 15 minute drive at most and many fast foods to choose from. Very happy with my stay

We had a nice stay at the condo. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There are 3 levels and another outdoor staircase to get up on to the rooftop area. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on in the morning and evening. The grounds and the pools at the resort were great. We spent most of the days outside. The condo is located in a busy area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There are some basic supplies like small shampoo bottles and some spices for cooking but you will need to bring or buy your own. There are plenty of dishes and cookware between the 2 kitchens but no plastic cups to take outside.

Melanie was awesome and accommodating with our questions and needs. So much to do on the property for couples and families. We loved the pool, beach front and pickleball available all on site. We will definitely be back again!

The cottage was beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet Raymond because he was out of town. However, he stayed in touch with us at all times to make sure that everything was fine. We very much appreciated that. The beds had fresh linen, the bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen and living/dining room area was very tidy. Plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely. Felt very safe there day and night. Supermarket and commercial shops are in walking distance. We unfortunately did not have time to try out the outdoor amenities but both barbecue grill and hot-tub were covered. Raymond, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful cottage. We hope to stay there in the future. All the best!!
