Apartment as shown on photos, clean with a well equipped kitchen. Central location within West Bay with stunning coastal walks and variety of restaurants. Found Chris to be very friendly and provided helpful information. Look forward to stopping at apartment again.

We had a lovely time at Peter and Frances's place. The house is a decent size, and well-equipped, but it's certainly its prime location (overlooking the sea, and just a few steps away from the South West Coast Path) that makes it so special. Will gladly be back for some more family hiking if in Dorset!

We loved staying at Caroline’s place, it’s really homely with great facilities. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beaches and straight onto the cliff path. We walked to Eype beach which was a pretty easy stroll with great views, and it was lovely to have the harbour on our doorstep.

We had a wonderful stay, helped by perfect weather. The location is fabulous with panoramic views of the bay

We had a lovely stay at the old postoffice! Everything was as described and the location was perfect. Everything in Weymouth was easily walkable. Parking was tricky, but not impossible (also as described :)). We would happily stay here again!

Really lovey place to stay, very functional and close to all the places we wanted to visit. It felt very homey and comfortable. We all had a wonderful time, thank you for hosting us!

Our first time staying in West Bay although we know this part of the world really well. We were looking for somewhere comfortable to stay with two dogs and this was just perfect. Literally across the road from the beach and cliff walk. Plenty of places to eat if you wanted them but the takeaway fish and chips we had was great. The weather was good and we had outside seating which we enjoyed using. The apartment itself was just as described and although there was plenty of parking available, in busier times, acccess to the parking space would be a bonus. Tracey kept in contact with all the information we needed to find the apartment, to let ourselves in and find the parking space. We will definitely be booking this again for future visits.

We had such a lovely stay at Kate’s place. It was just what we needed…. Relaxing, peaceful with beautiful surroundings and views. The Chalet has been nicely decorated and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There are activities onsite and lots to do locally. We especially loved our visits to Portland Bill. We’d definitely come back another time. Thanks for a wonderful stay. :-)

Gemma’s Airbnb is lovely. It made a perfect temporary home and we are gutted we could not stay any further. You get beautiful sea views. The bedrooms are great sizes. The showers were nice and strong. The kitchen is amazing. Gemma’s response time was great. There was a small blip with the tv and she sent me clear helpful instructions immediately to fix it. For anyone considering to stay, I strongly recommend you book it!

We had such a fabulous time, the location is amazing and we enjoyed the beach, sea and fantastic sunsets. Lovely walks in both directions. Kids LOVED the swimming pool and slides. The Spar shop was handy. The caravan was the nicest one I’ve have stayed in. Shanice was really helpful and good communication and directions Thank you!!

Sam’s place is exactly as described, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Sam is a brilliant host, very responsive and a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend both the home and the host.

We had a great stay at Rachael and Stephen’s caravan. The communication was great and as no-one was in the caravan the night before they said we could get to the caravan much earlier than usual (motorway traffic had other ideas but the thought was appreciated). The caravan was very clean, we took our own sleeping bags but all the pillows and duvets looked extremely clean and new. That’s about it really, we were hardly in the caravan as we were out early and in late to enjoy our long weekend but it was lovely to come back to a clean and comfortable caravan :) we all had a lovely time!

Another amazing time spent with family and friends in such a beautiful location. It feels like home and right now with a bad back, and not much walking possible, this is such a lovely place just to sit and watch the view change.

We had a great stay at Phillips place. The location is excellent with a wonderful view of Lulworth Cove which is just a minutes walk away. Everyone who worked there was friendly and welcoming. Though the pool wasn’t heated it was refreshing on a hot day. The room was big and good value for the price.

This was our second visit to Charlottes View and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. Location and views of the sea are fantastic. The apartment is beautiful with lovely big and airy rooms that you would expect from a Georgian property, which we just love! The rooms were clean and tidy and Andrew provided the essentials for our stay, which was super helpful. Thank you once again Andrew for a great stay, we will be coming back

Just spent 5 nights at this charming Mews. Accommodation is finished to a high standard, bed linen and towels are hotel quality. Kitchen is well equipped, the whole property was spotlessly clean. Clear instructions regarding property and local information was informative and helpful. Fabulous location, less than a minutes walk to the beach, easy walking distance to local pubs. Off street parking is a bonus. Perfect base to explore Portland, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Caravan was exactly as described with lovely thoughtful touches, eg night light in the twin room where our toddler slept Samantha is quick to respond to any queries/questions. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much. We’d certainly book again!

We’ve just returned from a fabulous week at Raj Medvedu. We are a family of seven with five kids and the house provided an ideal home-from-home that is literally a short stroll down the road to Charmouth Beach. The house is very characterful with lots of nostalgic quirks that gave us a lovely base to which to return after the beach each day. We were exceptionally lucky with the weather, with wall-to-wall blue skies all week, and all of us agreed how idyllic it was to be able to call it our home after an afternoon messing about on the beach. Eric was very helpful, especially with regard to offering an early check-in on arrival day that meant we weren’t kicking our heels around all day. We had a problem with the fridge - and the fridge/freezer provision could be increased to be completely honest - but we coped and it didn’t detract from our week. We would not hesitate to return to this lovely house.

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all

The apartment was above expectations, I loved the extra little details such as shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Cotten pads and Cotten sticks. Milk, tea & biscuits. Every room had a tv and the main tv had available Netflix. Modern, clean & spacious. Uber eats & deliveroo was not the best due to lack of drivers but that’s nothing to do with the stay. The walk along to Weymouth was about approx 2.5miles one way, £2 pp for bus and a taxi cost between £8-£9. Great location. We found a short cut to Bowleaze cove which made the walk less than 10mins which was great and the kids loved the arcade & rides. Enzo was also amazing in Weymouth, great food and great location. Emma was a great host and she emailed me at the start of the booking, the day before I was due to arrive and at the end. What more could we ask for? The beach was about 10/15 min walk on the main road with an excellent beach cafe at the end. Would definitely stay again. Thank you xxx
