We had a lovely stay here in March 25 The accommodation was spotless and lovely The added bonus of a hot tub was great Overall can't think of any major issues Only tiny one was maybe a black out blind in the bedroom to block out the light as the blinds there let a lot of light in but didn't detract from our stay Would definitely book here next year

Wonderful stay, we had 8 people and it was big enough for everyone to do as they pleased, the house is gorgeous and bed are very comfy and clean, hot tub was clean and warm the morning after we arrived (as expected), looks exactly like the pictures and Blake was very responsive and professional

A beautiful cottage, bath with a view and lovely hot tub in private garden. Provides everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Beautiful location, so peaceful. The barn with pool table and gym was a great addition. Responsive host too, a really lovely welcome when we arrived.

The cottage was in a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful, but yet not far to explore places. The hot tub was lovely, a really relaxing environment to be in. The cottage was warm and cozy , everything we wanted. Easy reach to local areas like Lyme Regis Charmouth , I would highly recommend Perry’s cider farm. If you’re looking for somewhere to get away to that’s in a peaceful location with lots of outdoor space this is for you.

Stunning location, a beautiful and peaceful lodge. We especially loved the hot tub and the amazing views. The lodge has lots of windows and bifold doors which can be opened right up. Really good black out blinds for a nice lie in. The showers and kitchen appliances were great and easy to use. I highly recommend staying here!

The cottage was the perfect base from which to explore the local beaches/amenities. We were in perfect, secluded (quiet) countryside with wonderful walking on our doorstep, but still only minutes by car to explore local beach towns. The cottage has a very relaxed and welcoming feel.

Could not fault anything about this stay. The cottage was beautiful the beds were so comfy and the view was amazing highly recommend will definitely be back.

We had a nice relaxing break. It was a lovely cottage with beautiful surroundings. Sally was available for us when we needed anything. The directions she gave made it very easy to find. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Julie's place was a fantastic place to stay during our time in Portland. The place was spotless, smelt nice and had all the amenities and items you might need for your stay. Locally, the walks are absolutely breathtaking! Some of the best views I have seen anywhere! There are a few food shops and takeaways locally, all fairly priced and good food. We will definitely return!

A beautiful little cottage that was perfect for us and our dog. It’s was clean, cosy and exactly as described in the listing, if not better! Lots of local walks and dog friendly pubs, the cottage was also within short drivable distances of many coastal paths. Maria was so friendly and a perfect host - she also makes fantastic shortbread! We would 100% recommend.

Cosy cottage. Walking distance to the beach. Lovely welcome pack with even a treat for the fur baby. This was our 3rd visit and we’ll be back!

Really beautiful cottage. The pictures dont do it justice and the location is stunning with plenty to do in the local and surrounding area. There were 4 adults and one child in our group and the cottage was spacious enough for us all. The facilities were excellent and Debra had thought of everything we could possibly need. Extremely comfortable bed and wonderful fresh linen too! The 10-15min walk to the beach and seafront pub was wonderful and we climbed the Golden Cap from the cottage on a sunny clear day. Thanks for having us!!

What an absolutely outstanding place Dennis has here. Absolutely beautiful , very comfortable, the bedrooms are big and airy but cosy at the same time. spotless rooms, bathrooms and kitchen . lovely bright white clean linen . A very charming Fireplace with a gorgeous log burner and big comfortable sofas . The Gardens were lovely although admittedly at this time of year wasn't showing it's best , but still the wow factor. Lots of walks nearby . There is a village shop that caters for most things but if you want a little more Crewkern is only 3 miles away with Lidl, Waitrose etc. Set in the most picturesque Village , Dennis's Cottage will not disappoint . We hope to return at some point.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. Our daughters especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The cottage was clean, with beautiful surroundings and had everything we needed. It was also really lovely to be able to book my Dad into the ‘Little Stable’, which is a smaller, 2 person dwelling available to book. Fiona is a fantastic host and responded quickly to any queries. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

Lucy is a brilliant host, very responsive and friendly too. The cottage is in a great location and it's easy to get to the local shops and restaurants. Parking is easy and the cottage has everything you need and more. It's a lovely place to stay.

We felt home right from the start of our stay.. the village was beyond what words can explain !! Beauty is an understatement.. we were truly lost in the magic of the village and Dorothy’s care and promptness ! Thanks for the lovely experience ♥️😊

Amazing little cottage, peaceful surroundings, sat and drank tea outside every Morning listening to the birds, really well located to get to the coast and other local attractions, didnt want to leave will be back

Can see why this place gets such good reviews - it really is a super spot. Beautiful garden with the fish (our favourite) and inside everything was well thought out - couches and bed very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. Stairs are steep but was aware of that, and did take a bit of time trying to find the place initially (though that was more about our own rather poor navigation skills than anything else). Property is incredibly dog friendly with secure fencing which is our no 1 key priority. Lovely walks straight out the door down to Pirates Cove and Sandsfoot Castle / Rodwell Trail. Having beautiful weather too made for a superb weekend away.

A beautiful cottage, exactly as described and in a truly wonderful location. An immense amount of different walks to enjoy to the sea and the pub in Worth Matravers! Ian is a fantastic host and extremely attentive although we had no need to contact him during our stay other than to say thanks. An ideal cosy location for two and a dog.

We had a fantastic last minute stay Holly Cottage, as a couple with our young baby and dog. The cottage was very spacious, yet very homely, and was well equipped with everything you could need (even for the baby with a cot and high chair etc) Comfy beds, cosy lounge with smart tv, and a kitchen with everything you could imagine you would need! The garden is beautiful and private, with a bbq and sofas, and totally secure for a dog, one of the very few air bnb’s we have stayed at where we have had full peace of mind the dog can explore with no concern. The location is fantastic for exploring Dorset and we also visited The New Forest less than an hour away. There is a Tesco behind the house and we had a good weekday meal at the local pub. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
