We ( 4 adults & 4 children) had a great 4 night stay at Kia Rosa. Everything was as expected if not better. Linda’s communication from start to finish was brilliant and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. There was all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and everything had been carefully thought about. The house was in a great location, about 10mins walk into ryde. The garden is lovely and the hot tub was definitely an added bonus. The kids loved spotting the red squirrels in the garden!

We had a wonderful week here. The cottage and local area are simply beautiful! Clean, well furnished and well equipped for a lovely family break. Highly recommended!

Fantastic accommodation with amazing facilities. Something to suit everyone. Accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, communication by the management company was excellent, and the great location gave easy access to all amenities by car or foot. Would totally recommend and hope we can come back again in the future. It felt like a home from home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Farm Shop. It was in a lovely location - you could explore lots of beaches and also walk from the doorstep in to the countryside and to the sea. It was clean and tidy and had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great extra! Susie and Sarah were super responsive and helpful. We had a really lovely time, thank you.

Our group of 9 very much enjoyed our stay. The location was easy to get to and extemely quiet with an excelent view. There was more than enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. You could walk or with just a short drive get to any number of great locations. We would recomend this place for sure!

Perfect place for a young family to spend New Year. The hot tub was a hit and the living room was ideal for our kids. The house is about 10mins drive from the beach, which suited us, and there were plenty of inland activities accessible by car. Caroline is a great host and she was clear and communicative throughout our stay. The garden looked beautiful, even in winter, and if the weather had been better we would have spent more time out there!

We loved staying at Little Gem in Shanklin. The flat is beautiful and comfortable. It has a lovely Georgian window with window seat and it is perfectly located for exploring the coast.

We had a brilliant stay at Helen’s house, it was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our family. Prior to arrival Helen sent us lots of recommendations for things to do whilst we were on the Isle and we were greeted with a box of chocolates and pint of milk which was a lovely welcome. Helen was very responsive to questions and when the weather was quite wet one day sent some additional thoughts on ways to spend the day - Tapnell Farm is brilliant for a rainy day with little kids! On a sunny day the beach is less than a 5 minute drive and there is lots of parking there and cafes to grab coffee and a bite. A great overall trip, thank you Helen!

The thatched cottage was beautifully restored and modernised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners communicated well and we had good contact details, should we have needed them. There is a bus service running close at hand, but we were using a car so everything on the island was within easy reach. For us that included the Old Battery at the Needles (NT), Carisbrooke Castle (EH), Osbourne House (EH), Mottistone Gardens (NT), the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Brading Roman villa and the Newtown Nature Reserve (Free - NT). We also enjoyed an amateur production at the Apollo theatre in Newport. After all of our expeditions we were pleased to come 'home' our cosy retreat at the Corner Cottage.

Corner house was perfect for what we needed, clean, great location, and fast communication from hosts!

Nicky’s cottage was lovely, clean and welcoming and is in the perfect location to explore all that the New Forest has to offer. We have stayed in the area several times and this was definitely our favourite accommodation. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Although Ventnor was not the focus of our little break, it turned out to be a great base from which to explore. The Appartment was clean and bright and has stunning views of the sea. The beach is within a “stones throw” and several eating options also close by. Dawn kindly provided excellent instructions for arrival and the whole process was seamless. We were also offered options for the kids sleeping arrangements well in advance. Recommended!

We had a great time. The accommodation was clean and comfortable & Antony & Steph were very friendly & helpful. It was a short drive from the ferry & well placed to see a lot of the island.

Great stay at Eileen's place over New Year. The flat was really warm, hot water from the combi boiler, powerful showers, really spacious. Absolutely everything was provided - shampoo, soap, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, cleaning fluids, cling film, silver foil, coffee, tea, butter. So lovely to get a welcome pack on arrival - bottle of sparkly, crisps, chocolates, biscuits, bread, milk. Fabulous location for Ventnor town and Ventnor beach.

A great place for us have a peaceful few days on the island. Would definitely recommend.

Loved staying here. We were so pleased with location. We could walk to the seafront within minutes. Great to have 2 parking spots available to us at all times. All needed amenities were available and Andrew even left an ester egg as a surprise for our two children which was incredibly thoughtful and kicked us off to the perfect start. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of dvds and books and games for all ages. Would stay again

Great location for a family break. Entertainment passes included. Kids will love the robots delivering food in the restaurant. Didnt try out the pool this time but looked great. Loved how close we were to the beach beautiful day and night, with stunning sunsets. Also enjoyed a walk around the nature reserve. Great base for getting out on our bikes. We absolutely love the new forest and this was a great base for a short stay. We'd happily stay for longer.

Highly recommended. The accommodation was perfect. Views were stunning! The weather was beautiful, which showed the area at its very best. The walks from the doorstep via the nature reserve to the coastal path are something special. Judith, the host couldn't have been more helpful. Look forward to returning sometime soon.

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.
