Charming villa apartment in the heart of Herlev

I denne lyse, klassiske lejlighed i Herlevs attraktive Eventyrkvarter får I en rolig base tæt på grønne parker og med nem adgang til København. Start dagen på den sydvendte altan, lav morgenmaden i det nye køkken og gå derefter på opdagelse i nabolaget og byen eller hop på s-toget en kort tur ind til centrum af København. Om aftenen kan I slappe af i badekarret eller nyde lejlighedens klassiske charme med stuk, fyldningsdøre og udsigt til parken og det tagene i det hyggelige, gamle villakvarter.

Hus med have men tæt på byen.

Nyere dobbelthus i 2 etager, lyst og indrettet med typisk nordisk stil. Huset er stort og rummeligt og med charmerende sydvendt terrasse og have i roligt kvarter med venlige naboer. Vi ligger tæt på s-tog (5 min) metro (12 min) og busser (4 min) og dermed alle Københavns tilbud med kultur, kunst, musik og shopping. Soveværelse på 1.sal og bad og toilet både i stueplan og på 1. sal. Vi bor tæt på grønt område med sø og en lille cafe. Der er gode lokale indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder.

Ganesha Hut

This beautiful cabin (32m2) is in the city and in nature simultaneously with a 5 min walk to Flintholm Station and to shopping moll but still surrounded with a recreational area for walks and leisure activities with a lake not far away. It has a small garden and terrace. It is best suitable for a couple but there is also a sleeping couch (140 cm) if you wish to share the space with more people, but the space is small. The double bed is 160 cm. Kitchen, living room and bedroom is one space.

Feel at home near city.

Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and chickens, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.

Denne lejlighed er ikke en typisk kælderlejlighed, men en lys, nyrenoveret og hyggelig lejlighed med store vinduer, fritlagte bjælker samt eget spisekøkken og badeværelse. Fra lejligheden kigger man dels ud i haven med en lille havedam og til den anden side ud til gårdhaven med havemøbler, som I er velkomne til at benytte. Lejligheden består af et soveværelse på 18 m2 med 2 senge på hhv. 160 cm og 140 cm, en gang, badeværelse og køkken med spiseplads. Hunde velkomne. Tæt på s-tog.

Nice and newly renovated basement of a villa with private entrance. Located close to a Flintholm Metro station. Bedroom with closet, dresser and a small table. New kitchen with stove, oven and fridge. Private bathroom and toilet with access to washer and dryer. The area includes bedroom, kitchen, shower and toilet. There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

Basement for a solo traveler

Our basement offers a comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. You'll have everything you need for a short stay, incl. a sofa bed, a work desk, and a bathroom. We’re just a 10-minute walk to Herlev station and a 20-minute train ride to downtown Copenhagen. With free parking and an EV charger available, this is a great spot for both business and leisure travelers. Please note, you may hear footsteps and water drains from upstairs. We also have a cat.

cute department for executives or single people or couples who are passing through Copenhagen or who need to get to the city and look for a definitive residence environment .young relaxed apartment very silent and quiet. also I can leave you my bicycles, so you can transport yourself 5 minutes to the station with a connection to the center, or even go to the center by bicycle. supermarket a block away pizzerias bakeries all near the neighborhood.

Hyggelig gæstesuite med egen have, tæt på Herlev station.

Gæstesuiten har egen hyggelig lille have og badeværelse med vaskemaskine. Der kan være to voksne. Sengen måler 200 x 140 cm. Der er service, elkedel, køleskab og brødrister. Der er ikke køkken. Da boligen ligger meget tæt på Herlev station, vil toget kunne høres. Vi har en velopdragen hund i vores del af haven, som du/I evt. vil møde på vej ind til gæstesuiten. Du/I er meget velkommen. Vi vil dog ikke have at der er andre end dig/jer i boligen.

Perfect for those who want peace and quiet, while still being close to Copenhagen, yet want to stay close to Copenhagen with Strøget, the beach, street food, and cozy bars all within easy reach. Close to S-train, bus, and metro stations, as well as various shopping options. Free parking right outside.

Nice, modern flat, with a private garden for relaxing or dining. Fully equipped kitchen and flat, in a relax neighbourhood with easy transport links to the Copenhagen city centre (20 minutes) and the airport by metro, bus or train. There is free parking on the street right outside. It's my private home, so please only book if your comfortable and respectful of my things and home.
