The apartment lived up to our expectations. It was very comfortable and an easy stroll to either the #2 vaporetto at Zattere or the Accademia stop on the Grand Canal for the number 1 or 2. The best route from the bus station is to go to Zattere., because it will not be crowded and is faster and if you have luggage there are ramps to walk up on the two bridges. The entrance way, like a lot of Venetian houses, is dark and unfinished, but there is a light. The 13 stairs up to the apartment have a handrail. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay n this quiet part of Venice.

Claudia’s place looked exactly like the photos. It is clean, and fun to be right on the canal—We had fun waving to the boats passing by from the windows. I stayed with my 6YO daughter who now wants to live in Claudia’s apt because she loved it so much. 😊 it was the perfect space for us. I appreciates the quiet location so we could sleep well. Claudia responded very quickly to every question and request that I had. It made our trip so much easier because I had her information very quickly. I highly recommend staying in her place and look forward to a future visit.

I loved the location - because it was off the main tourist area. We were very close to a water bus stop which made it super convenient moving around Venice and getting back to the airport/train station. To get to the place we had to walk paths that we would never have seen if we were in a hotel off the Grand Canal - which I feel is like the real Venice. The place was clean, great views, had all the amenities we needed for our trip. My son was able to make dinner for us using a local market for food. We were also able to wash our clothes - very useful for the midpoint of our trip. I was with my sons who are young adults and it was just perfect! Highly recommend.

A superbly stylish and well-appointed AirBnB in a peaceful and lovely location away from the busier tourist spots. Close to the vaporetto, though, therefore easy to get to all the must-see sights of Venice. We loved the art, the Richard Sapper design pieces and the beautiful coloured gondola fragments. Very special.

My stay in Venice was a pure joy thanks to this fantastic apartment. The highlight is definitely the balcony - this is one of these places where time had stoped and that's where you see the greatest beauty in life. Just imagine : you're in Venice, sitting at that balcony at night, staring at the moonlight above the steers of the most beautiful cities in the world. And you get the feeling you're living in some fairy tale. The apartment is elegant and clean and so well equipped that you just don't want to leave. The host is very friendly and generous. It was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this place.

Such a fantastic apartment and beautiful spot that this was a return trip. Olivier the owner - and his friend Alessanrdro who met us for check-in, were wonderful hosts. The corner apartment, with aspect onto the canal and to the Arsenale square is simply hard to beat. Impeccably renovated and a pure delight to relax in when taking a break from walking the streets of Venice. Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir sind als fünfköpfige Familie gereist, aber dank drei getrennt begehbarer Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder hat jeder genug Privatsphäre. Die Aussicht auf Park und Lagune ist herrlich und die Lage ein Traum! Man ist nah genug an den Sehenswürdigkeiten dran und kann dennoch dem Trubel entkommen. Vaporetto Station ebenfalls sehr nah, sowie gute Lokale, Supermarkt, Apotheke… alles da! Wunderbar!

Maria & Carlo were amazing hosts! They made it super easy to check in, as they took the time to meet us and made sure we knew our way around Venice! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and responded back quickly whenever we had questions about things to do or how to get around. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice in the future!

We were greeted right away and checked in personally. We felt right at home and the process was very easy and effortless. The place was bigger than expected and can easily accommodate a whole family. It felt very cozy and the location was perfect. The view is truly amazing, seeing the canal from your bedroom window was very nice. Highly recommend going to the pizzeria/restaurant that’s just a 3 min walk from the apartment. Overall highly recommend this very romantic and cozy stay in Murano.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful! Location is away from the tourist crowds, my family enjoyed walking everywhere…apartment was perfect. Little room for improvement would be better towels and more toilet paper and facial tissue. I’d love to stay again when I go back to Venice!

Das schöne Haus, der intime Garten, die Einrichtung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, die freundlichen Nachbarn: Alles war darauf angelegt, sich schnell einzugewöhnen und rundum wohl zu fühlen. Besonders die Kombination von ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Vaporetto-Station und einer Vielzahl an kleinen Fachgeschäften (jeweils für Fisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Patisserie, Haushaltswaren …) ist enorm vorteilhaft und ausgesprochen angenehm für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig und auf seine eigene Art völlig unschlagbar. Wir waren oft in dieser Stadt und haben mit dieser Unterkunft unseren Lieblingsort entdeckt.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux, doté d’une vue incroyable. Complètement équipé, il offre tout le confort nécessaire. L’hôte, très réactif, a su tout mettre en œuvre pour rendre notre séjour parfait. De plus, l’emplacement est idéal : à proximité d’un arrêt qui permet d’être déposé directement par bateau depuis l’aéroport Marco Polo de Venise.

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Questo alloggio a Jesolo ci ha sorpresi molto, non sembrava nemmeno di essere a Jesolo. Casa ben situata in una zona molto tranquilla e con tanto verde intorno è situata in una bella zona soprattutto. Vicini super simpatici, che dire è uno di quei posti in cui vorresti subito tornare per non parlare del design della casa e la pulizia e l’immenso spazio che c’è. Se volete passare una piccola vacanza a Jesolo o un weekend in tranquillità vi consiglio questo alloggio.

Wonderful location in Cannareggio, directly on a canal. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Do buy a vaporetto pass for your stay. We tried one of the host/suggested restaurants and it was wonderful! We went several times to Vino Vera for Cichhetti, and it was wonderful. Aside from being in a place which in and of itself is art, head to the Peggy Guggenheim collection for an enthralling experience with Dali, Jackson Pollock, Picasso, Magritte, Klee and many other mind boggingly beautiful paintings. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ca’ Camello in Venezia! Prego!

Monica’s place was a dream stay! The apartment is amazing, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the location is great. A short walk to Piazza San Marco and close to plenty of amazing restaurants. Monica was super responsive and helpful, promptly answered all our questions and requests and even booked water taxis for us to get to the apartment when we arrived and to the train station when we left. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about our stay. Highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish! Loved staying away from the crowds, peaceful neighborhoods. Have a boat terrace made some of our tour pick up a breeze! Would highly recommend of staying in Venice! Pietro was also so helpful in arranging taxis for us, made everything so simple!
