Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

La vue de la salle à manger est exceptionnelle, ce qui permet de ne pas perdre une miette de la beauté de Venise, même les jours de pluie. Chiara heette ons hartelijk welkom en stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen met alles wat we nodig hadden. Een zeer propere net gerenoveerde appartement die alles heeft dat je nodig hebt. Appartement ligt op perfecte locatie op wandelafstand van veel verschillende faciliteiten. Zeker een aanrader!

Valentina's place was perfect for 2 people. She met us at the apartment and showed us around. She left us coffee, milk, cereal, wine and water. There was a local supermarket and Valentina showed up several locations on the map for shopping, restaurants, local places for drinks and the ease to the nearby vaparetto stops. It even had air conditioning, which we only used at night as white noise to help us sleep! The neighborhood and location couldn't be better for visiting Venice. The Jewish Ghetto is a 10 minute walk. We also took day trips to Trieste and Padova and walked to the train station in about 20 minutes. This flat is also in a lovely neighborhood right on the lagoon. Valentina was very responsive with every question. If you are 1 or 2, this is the place for exploring the beautiful city of Venezia.

È stata un’esperienza veramente autentica! La stanza è dell’appartamento di una veneziana vera, non è un albergo per i turisti. Grazie ad Anna ho avuto una vacanza bellissima e ho conosciuto le cose interessantissime della vita a Venezia. La stanza è abbastanza grande e ha le cose necessarie per il soggiorno. C’è anche un bagno privato e lo spazio dell’ospite si chiude con la chiave. L’appartamento è nella parte bellissima e non è così sfollata che non si può muoversi (come vicino a Rialto e San Marco). Ci vuole 15-20 minuti a piedi per arrivare a San Marco, è molto comodo e non avevo nessun problema con questo. Grazie mille, Anna! Spero di ritornare presto!

We had the loveliest stay at this property. The private garden was incredibly cozy, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. Everything was within walking distance from the house, and we really loved the neighborhood it was located in. The hosts were very helpful with check-in and quick to respond whenever we needed recommendations. All in all, a perfect stay!
